        A test of the physical fitness and the motor capacity is commanly used as a means of selecting a new figure in athletic fields. In this study, i aimed at vouching for the meaning of the mutural coefficient, by analyzing the correlation between physical fitness and motor capacity. The physical fitness can be stated as the physical working ability necessary basically to lead a daily life, and the motor capacity means the marginal utility of the inborn physical possibilities to be developed through physical exercise, two factors of which are shown to have the indivisible correlation. The results of measuring the physical fitness and motor capacity of 11, 12, 13 years old boys and girls proved the follwing; there are the definite correlation between physical fitness and motor capacity(except boys and girl's Iwoa Brace Test and Burpee Test). Boy's records shown in the various measurement items marked higher record at, the advancing ages, however, girls marked the same, slow, or decreasing record which was principally caused by the women's traits-according as they grow to the ages of 11,12,13. The close correlation between physical fitness and motor quotient indicated us that the experiment of two tests is meaningless as a means of selecting the best players at the age of eleven, twelve and thirteen.

        In order to study on the development of body structures between weight class atheltes and non-weight class athletes, I have made an investigation for those who started their exercises before they reach the age of 13 and continued them until the age of 16, and found the results as the following: 1. The heights and sitting heights of both athletes showed similar developmental phenomena. (Table 3, 6) 2. In weight, weight class athletes showed better developmental phenomena than non-weight class atheletes. (Table 4) 3. In girth of chest, weight class athletes showed again better developmental phenomena than non-weight class athletes. (Table 6)
