This study was proceeded to know which Muscle power was used to elicit the power among muscle power componant. Among relative muscle endurance and maximal muscle power, which it is important to elicit maximal power, and How each items of physique Index was to effect on the muscle power. The subjects were 8 persons(age : 37.5years) 1. Jump Height was 49.76±4.612㎝,jumping pressure was 172.53±21.768 (㎏·f), Landing pressure was 367.76±57.832 (㎏·f), and the time of air was 0.556sec. 2. On the relative Flexion and Entension muscle Endurance Left muscle Endurance was higher than Right Muscle Endurance. 3. There are significant different between landing pressure and each items of physique Index and there are not significant different between items of sargent jump. 4. There are not significant different between upper arm Muscle Endurance and sargent jump, But There are significant different between Right upper arm. Muscle Endurance (Extension : r=-0.761, Flexion : r=-0.620) and jumping pressure. 5. There are significant different between leg Extension and Flexion muscle Endurance and jumping pressure among them. There are significant different among Right leg Flexion and Extension muscle endurance, sargent jump ( r=0.821), and The Time of are (r=0.52).
Treadmill Running과 Ergometer Cycling에 依한 心拍動數·筋持久力·筋力 間의 관계硏究

This study was proceeded Hyun-Bo Hah training effect by treadmill running(T.R) and pwc 170 bicycle ergometer(B.E) and physical fitness factor which was effected on (T.R)and (B.E). The subjects were 8 persons who was 37.5years old make and D university students, the method of load to give exercise was load increase of load method. The results were as follows. 1. Maximum Heart Rate by B.E(165.625 ±4.608 beats/min)was significantly(p<0.01) higher than it by T.R.(191.025 ±10.071 beats/min). 2. All out Time by B.E(12.090 ±1.37min)was significantly(p<0.01)longer than it by T.R(8.71 ±1.305min). 3. About Heart Rate according to the Increase of load, B.E was r=0.994(Y=7.460x+82.965; Time, Y=0.083x ±75.506;KPM), T.R was r=0.807(Y=8.388x ±117.205). (X: Time or load, Y : Maximum Heart Rate) 4. All out time by B.E was correlated with leg flexion maximum muscle strength(left : r= 0.720, Right : r=0.640), and it by T.R was correlated with left leg muscle endurance(flexion : r=0.368, Extension : r=0.401). 5. Heart Rate by B.E was correlated with leg muscle endurance(right flexion : r= 0.308), and correlated with maximum muscle strength(left flexion : r=-0.790, right flexion : r=-0.906), T.E was correlated with right leg muscle endurance(Extension : r=0.341, Flexion : r=0.399), and was correlated with flexion maximum muscle strength(left : r=-0.633, Right : r=-0.641). ansrhd
運動時 CITRATE 攝取로 因한 血液成分의 變化에 關한 硏究

本 硏究는 運動時 Citrate 攝取가 血液成分(혈당, 콜레스테롤, 칼슘이온, 헤마토크리트, 헤모글로빈 등)에 끼치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 男子 高等學生 12名(實驗集團: 6名, 統制集團: 6名)을 對象으로 攝取量과 時間別로 血液成分의 變化를 測定하였으며, 그 結果 Citrate의 運動前이나 運動中의 攝取는 身體活動에 좋은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study is a aimed to investigate the effect of citrate on blood components according to the amount and the ingestion time of citrate before and during exercise. For the purpose, the actual states if citrate ingestion on blood plasma components are analyzed from 12 highschool students(6 citric acid group and 6 control group), and the results are as following: 1. Citrate ingestion results in increase of glucose, cholesterol, calcium, hematocrit, and hemoglobin. 2. Citrate ingestion before exercise shows a better effect then during exercise.
신발인솔 높이와 재질이 발의 압력과 운동효과에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to find out what material is better, Urethane Poly-acetyl or Phylone in making the insoles of shoes, and to determine the appropriate height of a heel. First, we studied two different heel heights: 5cm. and 7cm. The volunteer subjects were six university students. The tests were conducted in four different situations: Resting, running at 4km/h, 8km/h, and 12km/h. We checked the change of the Foot Pressure during the tests according to the height of the heel and material of the insole. The conclusion was as follows. 1. The Phylone insole was tested to be a better material than the Urethan -Polyacetyl insole, according to the Foot Pressure measurement at toes, the arch of foot, and the heel , before and after the testing. 2. Regarding insole materials, phylon insole, either 5 or 7 cm in thickness, provided a comfortable level of foot pressure at toes and the heel than poly-urethane insole with same thickness. 3. When the intensity of exercise was higher as a 12 km/h, the Phylone insole was tested to be a better material than the Urethan -Polyacetyl at the toe, But the Urethan -Polyacetyl insole was tested to be a better material than the Phylone at the heel.
