The rotation accuracy of the main spindle that determines the accuracy of CNC machine tools is closely related to the quality of production because it directly affects the shape error and surface roughness of the workpiece. Therefore, the main spindle requires high rotation accuracy, rigidity, and rotation technology. This rotation accuracy is greatly affected by the bearing, center alignment between rotating parts, assembly tolerance, and unbalance of the rotation mass. In this study, the effects of the unbalance of the rotation mass of the main spindle on the rotation accuracy were investigated experimentally. In particular, we tried to study the technical reasons for improving the unbalance of the main spindle and maintaining the rotation accuracy as we verified the correlation between the vibration characteristics of CNC machine tools due to the specifically set unbalance amount and the surface roughness of the workpiece.

Globally, the use of unmanned robots in the military field is increasing further according to changes in all aspects of the future. In order to replace manpower, unmanned robots that perform roles such as combat support, equipment movement, and operation in hazardous areas are largely divided into wheel type and quadruped type depending on the driving method. However, in the case of the wheel type, there is a problem that it is difficult to breakthrough the rough terrain, and the quadruped type can breakthrough the rough terrain, but the speed is slow. Therefore, through this study, the range of movement according to the length of the robot link and the range of movement angles was able to be identified, and through this, the basis for grasping the optimal angle when walking and the proper length ratio of the thigh and shin was established.

In this study, we intend to establish injection conditions suitable for various plastic materials through IoT sensors. For this, it is necessary to monitor the status information of the mold, and this can contribute to reducing the defect rate and improving productivity in the domestic manufacturing industry by measuring and managing the injection environment and information of the mold. Existing methods generate a large number of defective products, which leads to an increase in production cost and a problem of poor quality uniformity. Accordingly, it is intended to reduce the defect rate by monitoring the mold status information by using a sensor module that can be directly measured.
죠 크러셔의 동적 해석을 통한 구조적 안정성 판단에 대한 연구

In this paper, the structural stability of Jaw crusher was determined by dynamic analysis. To achieve this, Jaw crusher is modeled as a 4-bar linkage, and the driving of Jaw Crusher is derived mechanically. The dynamic analysis is performed with a given modeling to ensure the reliability of the analysis result compared to the theoretical derivation value. Also, the stress applied to the toggle plate, which is the impact absorption in the Jaw Crusher, is confirmed to determine the structural stability.

3D printing technology is mainly used for prototype production and rapid shape production for design verification. Among them, resin can be used in the stereo lithographic apparatus (SLA) process, a photopolymerization method that solidifies photocurable liquid resin with a laser, to produce fast and precise prints. When output using the SLA process, if the output direction of the same cube-shaped modeling is changed, the change in precision according to the size of the cylindrical hole penetrating through the center of each face is measured using a contact-type three-dimensional measuring device. Through this study, we aim to help determine the output direction of products containing holes when producing prototypes using an SLA process resin 3D printer.

In this study, an injection monitoring module is developed to allow the direct measurement of process variables from an injection machine and to minimize defective products generated in the initial stage. The variables that cause defects in the injection mold can be organized in the order of importance. Hence, the initial defect rate as well as the time and cost can be reduced. In recent years, small quantity batch production has become mainstream, and the injection method, which allows mold replacement and a wide production range, has been adopted. Variable data are typically obtained via a sensor attached to the mold; however, this is not applicable to the actual situation. Hence, we develop a module that can measure and extract injection data directly from an injection mold, thus allowing the initial variable data to be obtained and verified. Additionally, when a problem occurs, the user can be notified of the cause. Thus, the initial defect rate is expected to be reduced by 10%.
