A real-time distributed systems in In-Vehicle Network such as a chassis control system needs to have high data rate, deterministic operation, and fault tolerance. An event-triggered protocol, CAN can not support these characteristics. Recently, FlexRay protocol that is a time-triggered protocol has been introduced. This paper introduces CAN and FlexRay protocols which are used in real-time distributed systems. And then this paper presents the analysis of transmission delay using a timing diagram.

Real-time multibody vehicle dynamics software has been developed for virtual handling tests. The software can be utilized for hardware in the loop simulations and consists of three modules such as a graphical vehicle modeling preprocessor, real time dynamics solver, and virtual reality graphic postprocessor. In the virtual reality graphic postprocessor, an animator has been also developed by using Matlab Virtual Reality Toolbox for virtual handling tests. Matlab Virtual Reality Toolbox has VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language) make 3-D vehicle shapes and compose proving ground environment. 3D Max can be used in order to make sophisticated vehicle models, and the complex models can be exported to VRML editor. V-Realm, the graphic based VRML editor, has been used to compose these exported VRML files and make whole animation environment. It is possible to observe vehicle movement in a variety of view points through the visual system based on VRML.
130밀리 다련장 로켓과 발사관 전방덮개의 충돌영향성 분석

본 연구는 130밀리 다련장 로켓이 마개가 부착된 발사관에서 발사될 때 이탈된 마개와 발사탄과 충돌이 일어난다고 가정하여 로켓의 구조나 탄도에 미치는 영향을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하였다. 구조영향 분석은 충돌해석 프로그램인 LS-DYNA를 사용하여 충돌시 발생하는 힘에 의한 탄 재질의 구조변형 여부를 해석하였다. 또한 덮개와 로켓의 충돌로 인하여 탄도에 미치는 영향을 궤적프로그램을 이용하여 해석하였다. 이와 같은 해석은 발사관 덮개가 부착된 발사관에서 발사되는 탄에서 발사관덮개의 중량이나 파단모형을 최적화 설계하는데 중요한 설계 자료를 제공하게 된다. This research assumed that flying cover from launcher tube crashed into firing 130mm rocket from multiple rocket launcher, and analyze the effect of structural safety and trajectory change of rocket from simulation. Structural effect caused by crash force verified using LS-DYNA if the deformation of rocket structure occur. And trajectory change caused by crash also verified using trajectory simulation program. From this analysis, we can obtain the useful data for optimization of launcher tube cover design such as mass and rupture shape.
실시간 다물체 차량 해석을 위한 준정적법의 컴플라이언스 효과 모델링

Compliance effect consideration method for real-time multibody vehicle dynamics is proposed using quasi-static analysis. The multibody vehicle model without bush elements is used based on the subsystem synthesis method which provides real-time computation on the multibody vehicle model. Reaction forces are computed in the suspension subsystem. According to deformation from the quasi-static analysis using reaction forces and bush stiffness, suspension hardpoint locations and suspension linkage orientation are changed. To validate the proposed method, quarter car simulations of McPherson strut and multilink suspension subsystems are performed. Full car bump run simulations and fish hook handling test simulations are also carried out comparing with the ADAMS vehicle model with bush elements. CPU times are also measured to see the real-time capabilities of the proposed method.
