비닐하우스內에서의 환경처리를 위해서는 얼마나 많은 太陽輻射에너지가 비닐하우스 各面위에 도달하며 그것이 P. V. C. film을 通하여 얼마나 투과되는가 하는 問題를 해결하는 것이 重要하다. 太陽과 地球와의 幾何學的인 關系를 究明하여 太陽熱이 地球에 얼마나 도달하는가를 예측하여 實際 太陽輻射에너지 測定器로 測定한 값과 比較하였다. 그리고 P. V. C. film에서의 太陽輻射에너지의 입사각에 따른 투과율을 굴절율과 吸光係數를 감안하여 계산하였다. 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. P. V. C. film의 투과율은 입사각의 약 50도 될때까지는 약 90%이며, 입사각이 50도를 넘어서면서 투과율은 급격히 감소한다. 2. 비닐하우스 지붕面의 每時間 推定에너지는 거의 測定輻射에너지와 같았다. 그러나 비닐하우스 前面에서의 每時間 推定값과 測定값은 어느정도 가까우나잘 맞는 편은 아니었고, 東쪽面과 西쪽面은 比較的 두 값이 잘 맞아 들어가는 便이었다. 故로 여기에 提示한 비닐하우스 各 面의 輻射에너지를 推定하기 위한 시뮬레이션 모델은 一般的인 形態의 비닐하우스에도 適用시킬 수 있으리라고 思料된다.

Since ventilation in livestock buildings is critical for indoor air quality, the first step in designing environmental control is to determine required ventilation rate. The purpose of the study was to suggest a conceptually new ventilation graph for determining minimum/maximum ventilation rate based on the conservation law of the thermal energy and mass in livestock buildings. PC-based programs coded with PASCAL language, 「RVALUE」 for overall thermal resistance of composite structural walls/ceilings, 「POLYNOM」 for coefficients values of animal's sensible heat equation were involved in developing a computer program, 「VENTGRPH」 for the determination of ventilation rate. It would be useful for design, for such a program would permit the designer to explore various design options and immediately, see the result in terms of its effect on minimum ventilation rates.

Deep learning is used in various fields, especially the YOLO algorithm, which is one of the many deep-running frameworks, has very fast speed and accuracy that does not lag behind other frameworks. This paper includes a central control system for detecting and recognizing vehicle license plate using YOLO, identifying the vehicle type of the parked vehicle on the parking lot, and checking the parking position of each vehicle in the parking lot based on the recognized car number We intend to facilitate comprehensive parking vehicle management.

Objectives : Genetic differences may contribute to the inter-individual differences in treatment response to antidepressants among patients suffering from major depression. This study investigated a possible association of treatment response to mirtazapine with various adrenergic alpha 2 receptor polymorphisms in major depressive patients. Methods : A 6-week naturalistic treatment study with a blinded outcome examined 84 Korean patients with major depression. Treatment response to mirtazapine was defined as ≥50% decrease in HAM-D scores at six weeks. In this study, four genetic polymorphisms were selected ; ADRA2A MspI, ADRA2A DraI, α2BDel301-303, andα2CDel322-325. Results : The Del/Del genotype of α2CDel322-325 exhibited a significant association with response to mirtazapine through multiple logistic regression. ADRA2A DraI, α2BDel301-303, and α2CDel322-325 did not showed a significant association with response to mirtazapine. Conclusion : Based on the finding that α2CDel322-325 polymorphism had an association with the mirtazapine response, we postulate that the polymorphism related to the mechanism of the antidepressant effect is important in predicting the response to antidepressants.
