남원허브축제 참가자의 참가동기가 만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to identify effects of satisfaction and re-visit intention by participation motivation of festival. For pragmatic research, 217 survey were made by the visitors of Namwon Herb Festival. To examine motivation factors of festival participants, 21 items were analyzed by factor analysis and four factors were extracted such as socialization-entertainment, escape from daily life, festival experience, and festival novelty. The research findings were as follows. Firstly, the participation motivation of festival affected festival satisfaction, except the festival novelty. Secondly, the festival satisfaction affected the re-visit intention. Based on these findings, the participation motivation of festival should strengthen the festival satisfaction which lead to increase the re-visit intention.

This study conducted an empirical study on the assumption that the psychological maturity factor among the individual characteristics of the airline cabin crews, who are the integrator of the airline personnel services, affects the factors in business performance of the airline cabin crews aiming at customer satisfaction. As for data, this study collected 431 copies of questionnaires after handing out a total of 440 copies of questionnaires (220 copies respectively) to ``K`` airline & ``A`` airline cabin crews, and used the 413 copies for this survey excluding 18 copies which were thought to be inappropriate for analysis. The results through the empirical analysis like this are wrapped up as follows: First, this study managed to discover the fact that the psychological maturity of the airline cabin crews is comprised of patience and quality of challenge, psychological stability, affective sensitivity, and positive thinking while their business performance is composed of handling skills in cabin business, handling skills in customer-oriented business, and self-control ability through the empirical analysis. Second, it was found that patience, quality of challenge and psychological stability among psychological maturity had a positive influence on the handling skills in cabin business and handling skills in customer-oriented business while affective sensitivity had a positive influence on a self-control ability, Particularly, the psychological maturity factor showing the biggest influence on business performance was found to be psychological stability. Therefore, the person in charge of the personnel at airlines is required to select the cabin crews of airlines in consideration of significant details in the psychological maturity level of the would-be air crews in time of screening air cabin crews on the basis of this study. In addition, the person in charge of education at an airline is expected to contribute to the development of educational programs and contents establishment for cabin crews using the materials of this study.
