In this paper, we measured the processing time for fingerprint recognition and iris recognition technology among biometric devices. A test plan was established, tests were conducted and recorded, time was measured, and average processing time was derived. And we used the False Rejection Rate (FRR), which indicates the possibility of unauthorized users being improperly accepted, as the error rate and suggested the maximum processing time of the maximum worker at the peak time. Based on total processing time, we calculated the number of machines to process all workers within 30 minutes. Finally, we compared the processing time of RFID and QR Code with the processing time of fingerprint and iris recognition equipment and examined the economical efficiency.

As construction projects become larger and more complicated, the number of vehicles entering and exiting the site is increasing and the types are becoming more diverse. It is practically difficult for a small number of managers to face and control all inbound and outbound vehicles. A variety of problems arise because specific work information is not exchanged between driver and field manager. This paper presents a concept using augmented reality and head-up display technology to reduce the frequency of unnecessary contacts to the manager, and to create an environment in which the driver can self-judge and act to reduce work delay and rework.

This paper developed a business model that utilizes applications to reduce the residual concrete. There are five participants in the business model; a reseller, a buyer, a Remicon factory, a Remicon carrier, and a software developer. The algorithms and processes utilize the QR code of the invoice, temperature sensor and GPS technology through smart phone’s application, and calculate the distance and time available to sell, and link buyers and sellers. Trading revenues are shared by five stakeholders.
