미술과 교수학습공동체에서의 반성적 사고와 실천에 관한 연구

본 연구는 미술과 교수학습공동체에 참여하는 미술교사들의 집단과 개인적 측면에서 반성적 사고와 실천이 어떻게 이루어지는지 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 ㅈ미술교과모임에 참여하여 활동내용을 심층 관찰하고, 6명의 교사들을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하여 그 내용을 분석하는 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 집단적인 측면에서 바라본 반성적 사고와 실천은 교과모임을 통한 수업 사례 공유 등의 활동과 공유된 수업사례를 출판하는 과정, 그리고 새내기연수나 직무연수를 운영하고 참여하는 과정에서 일어나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 개인적 측면에서 바라본 반성적 사고와 실천은 실천적 지식, 미술교사의 삶과 수엽의 일치, 미술교육의 전반에 대한 내용으로 나눌 수 있다. 그리고 반성적 사고와 실천은 공유를 통해 개인적 측면이 집단화 될 수 있으며, 집단적 반성적 사고의 과정에서 개인의 반성적 사고와 실천에 영향을 주기도 한다. 즉, 미술과 교수학습공동체의 활동을 통해 미술교사의 전문성 성장이 일어나고 있음을 알 수 있고, 이는 미술과 교수학습공동체가 미술교사의 전문성 성장의 대안적 방법이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to explore Reflective Thinking and Practice of art teachers in Art Teacher Learning Community. This qualitative study was executed by participating and observing the Art Teacher Learning Community in depth and having a thorough interview with six current art teachers. The findings reveal two sets of Reflective Thinking and Practice: Group Reflective Thinking and Practice and Individual Reflective Thinking and Practice. In Group Reflective Thinking and Practice. the process of Reflective Thinking and Practice takes place through activities such as sharing information about class case studies among art teachers, the process of publishing shared case studies, and managing and participating in new teachers training and in-service training. Individual Reflective Thinking and Practice can be divided into three parts: practical knowledge, art teachers' conformity of life and classroom lessons, and contents of general art education. Reflective Thinking and Practice can be formed through grouping of Individual Reflective Thinking and Practice, and Group Reflective Thinking and Practice can have an influence over Individual Reflective Thinking and Practice. Through activities of art teacher learning community. it can be perceived that professional growth is ensuing. Therefore, art teacher learning community can be substituted as an alternative method for art teachers' professional growth.
