Among the green cars, Electric Vehicle(EV) is one of the most practical approaches. For a better EV, most efforts have been endeavored to increase the energy density and the life span of the battery while minimizing the size, the cost, the charging time, and the weight of the battery. In spite of great advances in battery technology, it has still a limitation to apply only battery to EV as a power source. In case of using only the battery in EV, the life span of the battery is shorten by continuous over charging and discharging which is absolutely required to drive a car as the existing gasoline and diesel car. Thus, this paper introduces a hybrid storage systems for EV and its control method. The hybrid storage systems is composed of battery, super capacitor and Dc-Dc converter. Using Dc-Dc converter, we can control charging and discharging current of the super capacitor so that the battery keeps its life span through preventing over current when charging and discharging.

The demand for high-precision production equipment is increasing with the recent increase in demand for precision production, which is emerging due to the 4th industrial revolution. Prior to developing domestic precision production equipment that satisfies this trend, develop element technologies and evaluation criteria that can be commonly used to secure technological competitiveness and prove the reliability of domestic precision production equipment, and apply them to precision production equipment. It is necessary to study the standards of an overview evaluation system to prove the technological competitiveness of domestic manufacturing equipment by verifying the usability of the development system. In this study, before developing the technical standards and system for reliability evaluation of domestic precision production equipment, a ball screw was selected as a core part of domestic precision production equipment. In addition, to secure the reliability of the ball screw selected as a key component, the thermal displacement and temperature are measured according to the operating conditions. And the thermal displacement and temperature according to the operating conditions calculated through the analysis model are compared and analyzed to verify the analysis model.
