중학교 학교스포츠클럽 강사의 학교체육환경 적응과정에 관한 근거이론

[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 학교스포츠클럽 강사의 학교체육환경 적응과정을 확인하고 이에 대한 실체이론을 개발하는 데 있다. [방법] 이를 위해 서울특별시 소재 중학교에서 3년 이상 근무한 강사 17명을 연구 참여자로 선정한 후, 이들의 강사 경험을 근거이론(Strauss & Corbin, 1990)의 방법으로 고찰하였다. [결과] 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 개방코딩 결과, 강사들이 말한 학교체육환경 적응과정에 관한 이야기는 104개의 개념, 30개의 하위범주, 15개의 범주로 정리되었다. 둘째, 축코딩 결과, 학교체육환경 적응과정에 관한 패러다임 모형이 형성되었으며, 과정 분석을 통해 단계별 적응과정에 관한 상황 변화를 추적하였다. 셋째, 선택코딩 결과, 학교체육환경 적응과정에 관한 이야기 개요를 만들고 ‘학교체육환경에 적응해 스포츠클럽 운영하기’라는 핵심범주를 형성하였다. 그리고 핵심범주의 가설에 적용한 정형화를 통해 ‘수용형’, ‘노력형’, ‘타협형’, ‘포기형’과 같은 적응과정 유형 4가지를 도출하였다. [결론] 이러한 결과를 토대로 개발된 실체이론을 평가하고 요약하였다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to explore the Instructor’s adaptation process of school P.E. environment in middle school sports club and to develop substantive level theory. [Methods] For this purpose, 17 sports instructors who had worked for more than 3 years at the middle school in Seoul were selected as research participants. The method of this study is the Grounded theory(Strauss & Corbin, 1990). [Results] The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of open coding, the instructor's adaptation process of the school P.E. environment was organized into 104 concepts, 30 sub-categories, and 15 categories. Second, as a result of axial coding, a paradigm model for the adaptation process of the school P.E. environment was formed. Third, as a result of the selective coding, created the storyline of the adaptation process and made the core category, ‘instructor's adaptation process of the school P.E. environment in middle school’. Four types of adaptation process such as 'Acceptance type', 'Effort type', 'Compromising type' and 'Abandoning type' are derived through the formalization applied to the hypothesis of the core category. [Conclusions] Based on these results, the developed substantive level theory was evaluated and summarized.

동호인 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 및 전문가 델파이 조사를 통한 테니스 관람 활성화 방안 연구

본 연구의 목적은 동호인 집단의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰와 전문가 집단의 델파이 조사를 바탕으로 다양한 의견을 수렴하여 테니스 관람 활성화에 저해하는 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 동호인 집단의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰는 6명의 동호인들을 대상으로 실시하였고, 전문가 집단의 델파이 조사는 15명의 테니스 전문가 집단을 대상으로 실시하였다. 동호인 집단의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해서 ``스타플레이어 부재``, ``미디어 역할 부재``, ``마케팅 부재``, ``테니스 동호회의 특이성``의 4가지 유의미한 저해 요인들이 도출되었다. 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해서는 ``선수 육성 및 관리``, ``시설``, ``마케팅``, ``행정 및 재정``, ``관람인식`` 측면의 상위차원 5가지 범주로 분류하여 하위차원 20개의 세부 개선방안 항목들을 발견할 수 있었다. 테니스 관람 활성화를 위해서 가장 우선적으로 고려해야할 문제는 ``선수 육성 및 관리``이며, 스타플레이어의 등장과, 국제대회에 참가할 수 있는 유소년 육성이 중요한 요인으로 파악되었다. The purpose of this study was to identify the problems adversely influencing tennis spectatorship and propose an improvement plan for the spectatorship by collecting the opinions of various tennis stakeholders. The focus group interview was conducted with 6 tennis club members and the delphi method was used with 15 tennis experts. Through the focus group interview, 4 meaningful factors including ``absence of star players``, ``lack of media coverage`` and ``weak marketing efforts``, and ``characteristics of tennis clubs`` were found. Results of the delphi method proposed an improvement plan with 5 high level factors such as ``development and management of tennis players``, ``improvement of tennis facility``, ``utilization of marketing strategies``, ``administration and finance``, and ``perceptions of tennis spectatorship``, and 20 sub-items. In order to promote tennis spectatorship, ``development and management of tennis players`` was found to be one of the most critical factors, and the appearance of star players and the development of youth players were important issues.
