        체감형 게임 운동프로그램이 노인여성의 평형성 및 보행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of motion-based game exercise program on balance and gait for elderly women. Over 65 years old(women=16) participants in motion-based game exercise program for 8 weeks. They were training for 50 minutes a day and three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(balance, gait). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Balance, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Gait, there was significant difference according to the measurement. From the results, we findings suggest that elderly women person could improve their balance and gait through Motion-Balance game exercise program.

        웨이트 트레이닝과 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 민첩성 및 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        This study was to identify the effects of weight training and plyometrics training on the agility and isokinetic muscular strength. The subjects were 24 people who had weight training experiences. They were training for 60 minutes a day and three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by 5P55(Windows Version 12,0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(agility, isokinetic muscular strength). A repeated measures ANOVA was used to compare functional status veriables between the pre and post tests. The results were as follows: In agility, there was no significant difference according to measurement times (p<.01), In the maximum muscular strength per weight, there was significant difference in extension(Right), flexion(Right) and flexion(Left) according to measurement times and interactions (p<.05,p<,01),In average power, there was significant difference in extension(Right), extension(Left), and flexion(Right)’ according to measurement times and interactions (p<.05, p<.01, /p.001). Weight training was for the improvement of muscular strength and techniques and it helps to prevent injuries during sports. Thus it is considered to be more effective training if weight training and plyometric training are combined appropriately.

        슬링 운동과 탄력밴드 복합운동이 노인여성의 등속성 근력 및 낙상관련 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to invstigate the effect of on sling and thera-band combined exercise on isokinetic muscle strength and fall-related fitness in elderly women. Sixteen elders(women=16_ participants in combined exercise program for 8 weeks. They were training for 60 minutes a day and three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables (isokinetic muscle strength, fall-related fitness). The difference of within and between in three group was analyzed repeated measures ANOBA, significant level was set a=05. The results were as follows: Isokinetic muscle strength, there was significant difference according to the measurement, In the fall-related fitness, there was significant difference according to the measurement. From the results, Therefore if we combine the sling and thera-band exercise into one, it is expected to be a more effective training method.

        필라테스 운동이 성인여성의 신체조성과 척추측만도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of on pilates exercise on body composition and scoliosis in adult women. Twelve adult(women=20) participants in pilates exercise progrem for 12 weeks. They were training for 60 minutes a day and three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(body weight, muscle endurance, percent body fat, waist hip ratio, scoliosis). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed paired t-test and independent t-test, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: muscle endurance increased in exercise group. The body weight, percent body fat, scoliosis significantly decreased in exercise group. From the results, It is possible reduce pathological factors which appeared in the imbalance through increases of deep muscle by pilates exercise.

        수중운동이 만성요통을 가진 여성노인의 기능적 체력과 통증척도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of on aquatic exercise on functional fitness and pain rating scale in elders with low pain. Sixteen elderly(women=16) participants in an aquatic exercise progrem for 8 weeks. They were training for 60 minutes a day and three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(lower-body strength, flexibility, agility, aerobic endurance, visual analogue scale). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed paired t-test and independent t-test, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: lower-body strength, flexibility, agility, aerobic endurance significantly increased in exercise group. The visual analogue scale significantly decreased in exercise group. From the results, agility of exercise and control group was not different significantly after exercise, but exercise group was significant increased before and after the intervention.

        웨이트 트레이닝과 탄력밴드 운동이 노인여성의 균형과 보행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of on weight training and thera band exercise on balance and gait for elderly women. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(gait, balancing and muscle endurance). A repeated measures ANOVA was used to compare functional status veriables between the pre and post tests. The results were as follows: In the balancing, there was significant difference according to the measurement(p<.05), In the gait velocity, there was significant difference according to the measurement(p<.01), In the stride length, there was significant difference according to the measurement(p<.01), In the stride width, there was significant difference according to the measurement(p<.001). From the results, weight training and Thera band training is proven to be effective in balancing capability in a certain time. Thera Band exercise is cheap and easy to do at home. Therefore if we combine the weight and Thera Band training into one, it is expected to be a more effective training method.

        에어로빅 운동 중 음악템포가 노인여성의 신체구성과 기능적 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of music temp on body composition and functional fitness for elderly women during aerobic exercise. Twenty four elders(women=24) Participants in aerobic exercise progrem for 12 weeks. They were training for 50 minutes a day and three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(body composition, functional fitness). The difference of within and between in three group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: In the body composition, there was significant difference according to the measurement, In the functional fitness, there was significant difference according to the measurement. From the results, Therefore if we combine the Music tempo(Allegro. M.M=132) and aerobic exercise into one, it is expected to be a more effective training method.

        타이치 운동이 여성노인의 근육감소증 지표 및 아디포사이토카인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Tai Chi exercise program on sarcopenia index and adipocytokine for elderly women. Over 65 years old(women=16) participants in Tai Chi exercise program for 12 weeks. They were training for 60 minutes a day and three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(sarcopenia index, adipocytokine). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Sarcopenia index, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Adipocytokine, there was significant difference according to the measurement. Conclusion, Tai Chi exercise program had beneficial effects on SMI, and adipocytokine in elderly women.

        저강도의 저항운동 시 혈류제한 적용이 노인여성의 신체조성 및 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of low intensity resistance training with blood flow restriction on body composition and isokinetic muscle in elderly women. Over 65 years old(women=24) participants in Tai Chi exercise program for 12 weeks. They were training for three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(body composition, isokinetic muscle). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Body composition(weight, muscle mass), there was significant difference according to the measurement, Isokinetic muscle(60°/sec peak torque, 120°/sec total work), there was significant difference according to the measurement. Conclusion, low intensity resistance training with blood flow restriction program had beneficial effects on muscle strength in elderly women.

        라틴댄스운동이 비만중년여성의 아디포넥틴 및 렙틴에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of latin dance on adiponectin and leptin for obesity middle-age women. Obesity middle-age women(women=16) participants in latin dance program for 12 weeks. They were training for 60 minutes a day and 3 times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(adiponectin, leptin). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: adiponectin, there was significant difference according to the measurement, leptin, there was significant difference according to the measurement. From the results, we findings suggest that Obesity middle-age women could improve their adiponectin and leptin through latin dance program.
