DRL(daytime running light), one of the headlamp functions of automobiles, helps the driver can identify the vehicle in daytime when low beams and position lights are not used. Many car makers are taking advantage of high lifespan by mounting LED light source in the DRL and are applying an indirect light optical system using a transparent light bar for a flexible design. However, in recent years, light bar optical system has been receiving many field claims as a phenomenon called DRL discoloration. In this study, the cause of the failure mode is identified through feasibility test and distructive analysis. also, the accelerated life test and accelerated model are established to be applied to the development of parts with the same failure mechanism in the future.

이 연구의 목적은 중학교 과학교과에 공감을 도입한 수업을 개발하여 적용한 후 공감능력의 변화를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 경기도 소재 중학교 3학년 학생을 대상으로 26명의 실험 집단과 25명의 통제집단을 선정하여 8차시동안 과학교과에 공감을 도입한 수업을 적용한 후 사전 사후 공감능력 변화를 분석하였다. 공감을 도입한 과학 수업에서는 공감적 대화 기법을 전제로 하여 ‘입장 바꿔 생각하기’, ‘타인의 관점 수용하기’ 등의 공감의 요소를 적용하여 글쓰기, 협동적 문제해결학습 등의 수업활동을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 과학교과에 공감을 도입한 수업은 중학생들의 공감능력을 높이는데 효과가 있었다. 특히 공감의 하위 요소인 인지적 공감의 관점취하기와 정서적 공감의 공감적 관심에서 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 그리고 과학 교과에 공감을 도입할 때 효과적인 주제 및 방법을 찾을 수 있었다. The purpose of this research is to look for the change of empathic ability by developing and applying the lesson fusing middle school’s science class with empathy. For this research, we applied the lesson fusing science class with empathy to 9th grade students in the middle school in Gyeonggi-do, then we conducted pre-to-post survey and the analysis for the result of the lesson. In the science class which converged empathy, we performed class activities such as writing and cooperative problem solving learning by applying the empathy elements such as thinking others’ positions and accepting the view of others based on empathic dialogue technique. As a result, the lesson fusing science class with empathy had an effect on enhancing student’s empathic ability. Students found agreement on the problem by cooperating and solved the problem reasonably as well as mediated their opinions by respecting others’ opinions and accepting other people s views with using empathetic talk. Specially, there was meaningful change in perspective taking of cognitive empathic ability and personal distress of emotional empathic ability that are sub-element of empathy.

One of the front lamp functions of the car, the DRL (day running lamp), operates during the day to help drivers identify the vehicle. Most of them are equipped with LED light sources to take advantage of their long lifespan and use an indirect light optical system using a transparent light bar to implement the flexible design. However, lamps using these optical systems are yellowing in the field. In the 2022 KSAE study on the Accelerated Life Test for LED DRLs Discoloration paper, the carbonization phenomenon of the DRL light incident part was dealt with, but this study deals with the analysis of other failure mechanisms. An accelerated life test and acceleration model for the extracted failure mode will be established and applied to the development of parts with the same failure mechanism in the future.
냉각장치를 이용한 헤드램프 습기 억제 시스템 개발을 위한 연구

While studies on the fogging in the headlamp so far have focused on fogging removal, this study suggests ways to suppress the generation of fogging. We have understood the mechanism of fogging to improve fogging performance in the headlamp system. and the relationship between the temperature of the headlamp housing and the fogging performance has been found by analyzing the thermal characteristics of vehicles. Finally, the method of controlling the fogging suppression using water was proposed in the humid conditions and the analysis was performed.
