디지털 프린팅 견직물의 색상 변화 및 견뢰도-혼합 전처리제의 영향

In this study, The mixture of three kinds of pre-treatment agents, Carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt(CMC), Sodium alginate and Dextrin, have been prepared for the better coloration of digital textile printing. To get sharpness of outline during digital printing process, the optimal formulation is the CMC and Sodium alginate mixture 1:1 ratio by volume. Cyan, Yellow, and Black colours are excellent on the Sodium alginate mixtures. But, Magenta is excellent in the CMC and Dextrin mixture. Sharpness and printability are closely related to viscosity of the mixture. The most optimal sharpness of outline achieved with a consideration of coloring, and field operations account for production when the viscosity of the mixed pre-treatment agent approximately is 10~13 cSt. Change in shade and staining of wash fastness for all the treated samples with the mixtures rated 4-5 grade. Both dry rubbing fastness to shade change and staining are good in the treated samples, whereas wet rubbing fastness rated 2-3 grade. To improve wet rubbing fastness, the Sodium alginate and Dextrine mixture, which rated 3-4 grade for Black color, is applicable. With exception of 3 rating to black color, Light fastness is 4 rating for the remaining three colors in the regardless of treatment condition and mixing of the pre-treatment agent. Dry cleaning fastness of all samples are also 4-5 rating.

In this study we have investigated the mordanting effect of natural mordants such as camellia ash, bean chaff ash and iron plasma on silk fabrics dyed with green tea extracts. Experimental variables include ultraviolet shielding effect, light fastness, dry-cleaning fastness, and tensile strength of silk fabrics dyed with green tea extracts before and after mordanting. Ultraviolet shielding effect, light fastness of silk fabrics dyed with green tea extracts was improved as compared with untreated silk fabric, and moreover those of camellia ash mordanted fabrics were improved remarkably. But iron mordanted fabrics deteriorated the color fastness. Tensile strength and elongation of silk fabrics dyed with Green tea extract only were increased but those of silk fabrics mordanted with camellia and bean chaff ash were decreased.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze and discuss the influence of the mechanical properties and structural parameters of the cotton fabrics for Saeng-hawl Hanbok to the sew-ability and TAV(Total Appearance Value). The cotton fabrics for Saeng-hawl Hanbok were woven in several conditions , such as yarn count, cloth density and weave. The mechanical properties of the cotton fabrics for Saeng-hawl Hanbok had been evaluated by KES-F System. And the sewability and TAV(Total Appearance Value) of the woven fabrics for Saeng-hawl Hanbok had been calculated from mechanical properties of fabrics by using developed equation by Kawabata. And then, the sew-ability and TAV(Total Appearance Value) of the woven fabrics for Saeng-hawl Hanbok have been analyzed according to the fabric structural parameters, such as, yarn count, cloth density and weave structure. According to the obtained results, the TAV and sew-ability increased with the increase of weft yarn count and decreased with the increase of cloth density. And the TAV and sew-ability of satin fabrics were shown as the highest values.
