유아교사의 일터영성이 사회적지지를 매개로 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 관련된 연구

본 연구는 유아 교육기관 교사의 일터영성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 사회적지지를 매개로 검증함으로써, 유아교사의 일터영성의 중요성을 인식하고 유아교사의 사회적지지를 통해 심리적인 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 실증적· 이론적· 정책적인 함의를 도출하는데 연구목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 두 가지 문제를 연구주제로 설정하였다. 첫째, 유아교사의 일터영성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 확인한다. 둘째, 유아교사의 일터영성이 사회적지지를 매개로 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 확인한다. 연구의 대상은 서울, 경기, 인천지역에 소재하고 있는 유아교육 기관에서 근무하는 교사 502명이며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 일터영성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설검증에 대한 분석결과, 일터영성은 심리적 안녕감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 일터영성이 사회적지지에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설검증결과, 일터영성은 사회적지지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적지지가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향력 검증결과, 사회적지지는 심리적 안녕감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 일터영성과 심리적 안녕감과의 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 일터영성은 사회적지지를 매개하여 심리적 안녕감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과와 같이 유아교사의 일터영성에 사회적지지가 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 한 연구의 의의는 유아교사의 일터영성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 미치는 변인으로 내재 적동기와 사회적지지를 통하여 규명해 보았다는 것이다. 또한 제언점으로는 연구방법에 있어서 표집 집단이 넓지 못하고 연구의 설문이 객관적이고 정확한지에 대한 한계가 있다. 그러므로 후속 연구에서는 더욱 심층적인 분석을 위해 유아교사의 직무에 맞는 척도를 개발하여 평가가 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study aims to derive empirical, theoretical and policy implications to recognize the importance of workplace spirituality of infant teachers and to recognize the impact of workplace spirituality on psychological well-being through social support of teachers by analyzing the effect of workplace spirituality of infant education institutions. For this purpose, two issues were set as research subjects. First, check the effect of infant teacher workplace spirituality on psychological well-being. Second, check the effect of workplace spirituality of infant teachers on psychological well-being by medium of social support. Subject to the study are 502 teachers working at child education institutes based in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Incheon, and the results are as follows. First, the analysis of hypothesis verification on the effect of workplace spirituality on psychological well-being has shown that workplace spirituality has a significant effect on psychological well-being. Second, the hypothesis test on the effect of workplace spirituality on social support showed that workplace spirituality had a significant effect on social support. Third, as a result of verification of the influence of social support on psychological well-being, social support has shown to have a significant effect on psychological well-being. Fourth, verifying the mediated effect of social support in the relationship between workplace spirituality and psychological well-being, it was found that workplace spirituality had a significant effect on psychological well-being by mediating social support. As the results of the above study show, social support for workplace spirituality of infant teachers is an important variable that affects psychological well-being. The significance of the study based on the results of the study was that the workplace nature of the infant teacher was identified through social support as a variable affecting the psychological euphoria. Also, as a suggestion, the collection group is not broad in the research method and there is a limit to the objective and correctness of the investigation. Thus, in further studies, it will be necessary to develop and evaluate measures suitable for the job of an infant teacher for further analysis.
