이 연구는 미나리 중 difenoconazole과 pymetrozine의 잔류특성을 구명하고 안전성을 평가하기 위하여 수행하였다. 시험농약은 각각 2,000배와 3,000배 희석하고 살포횟수와 수확전 약제 살포일을 달리하여 수확 3일전까지 1회 및 2회 살포한 후 잔류농약을 분석하였다. 미나리 중 difenoconazole 과 pymetrozine의 검출한계(limits of detection, LOD)는 각각 0.004와 0.02 mg/kg이었으며, 정량 한계(limits of qauntitation, LOQ)는 각각 0.01과 0.07 mg/kg이었다. 분석법의 회수율은 각각 85.37∼91.96%와 93.41∼98.09%로 적합한 수준이었다. 미나리 중 difenoconazole과 pymetrozine 의 최대 잔류량은 각각 2.489와 1.84 mg/kg으로 수확시기에 근접하고 살포횟수가 많은 처리구의 잔류량이 가장 높았다. 미나리 중 시험농약의 잔류량을 바탕으로 산출한 일일섭취추정량(estimated daily intake, EDI) 대비 일일섭취허용량(acceptable daily intake, ADI)은 모두 0.7%미만이었다.

In order to monitor the pesticide residues in/on peppers and pepper powder and to assess their risk, pesticides in/on green pepper from 10 farmgates and fresh red pepper from 9 farmgates in Chungbuk area and pepper powder from 6 wholesale markets in Cheongju city were analyzed with a GLC and an HPLC. Also, pepper powder made by pulverization of the dried red pepper was analyzed to elucidate the change of pesticide residues in fresh red pepper by oven-drying. The number of pesticides detected from green pepper, fresh red pepper, dried red pepper and pepper powder were 9, 12, 12, and 17, respectively, including 10 pesticides (one fungicide and nine insecticides) which were exceeded the maximum residue limits (MRLs). The exceeding rate of the MRL were higher in dried red pepper and pepper powder than in green pepper and fresh red pepper. Although some pesticides in peppers and pepper powder exceeded the MRLs, their estimated daily intake(EDI) were less than 1.6% of their acceptable daily intakes(ADIs), suggesting that it would be estimated to safe. By oven-drying of fresh red pepper at 65℃ for 72 hours, the weight of dried red pepper was from 1/5.9 from 1/7.8 of fresh red pepper, while the concentration of pesticide residue in dried red pepper increased from 1.7 to 8.2 times, suggesting that further reconsideration was required for the MRL of pepper powder.

Neonicotinoide계 농약 dinotefuran과 thiacloprid의 오이 중 잔류특성

This study was carried out to investigate the residue patterns of two neonicotinoid insecticides, dinotefuran and thiacloprid, commonly used for cucumber, were subjected to indicate a residual characteristic under greenhouse conditions. The pesticides were sprayed onto the crop at recommended and double doses 7 days before harvest and then sampling was done 0, 2, 3, 5, and 7 days after spraying. The amounts of their residues in the crop were analyzed with an HPLC. Their detection limits were 0.01 ㎎/㎏ for dinotefuran and 0.005 ㎎/㎏ for thiacloprid. Mean recoveries of dinotefuran and thiacloprid were from 85.78 to 89.52 and from 85.71 to 95.31%, respectively. Half-lives of dinotefuran and thiacloprid were 2.8 and 1.8 days at the recommended dose and 2.8 and 1.5 days at the doubled dose, respectively. The ratios of the EDI to ADI by intake the crop harvested 7 days after spraying were less than 0.1% of their ADIs.

In order to elucidate the residual characteristics of some pyrethroid insecticides commonly used for Korean cabbage, such as bifenthrin, lambda-cyhalothrin and deltamethrin, the test pesticides were sprayed onto the crop at recommended rate and doubled rate of the recommendation. Their detection limits were 0.004 ㎎ ㎏?¹ and mean recoveries at the fortification levels of 0.04 and 0.2 ㎎ ㎏?¹ were from 95.16 to 99.32 and from 86.81 to 103.73%, respectively. Half-lives were from 2.5 to 3.6 at the recommended rate and from 2.3 to 3.9 days at the doubled rate of the recommendation. Initial residue amounts of bifenthrin and lambda-cyhalothrin at the recommended rate and doubled rate of recommendation and of deltamethrin at the recommended rate were less than their MRL, whereas, in case of deltamethrin sprayed at doubled rate of the recommendation, the residue level exceeded its MRL. However, the residue levels of the pesticides in the crop sampled at harvest were less than their maximum residue levels and the ratios of the estimated daily intake (EDI) to acceptable daily intake (ADI) for the pesticides tested calculated from the residue data at harvest were less than 7%, suggesting that these pesticides would be safe for Korean cabbage from the residue concern.

This study was carried out to investigate the residue patterns of two insecticides, lambda-cyhalothrin and deltamethrin, commonly used for lettuce, under greenhouse conditions. The pesticides were sprayed with dilution of recommended and doubled doses onto lettuce. Their detection limits were 0.001 ㎎ㆍ㎏?¹ and mean recoveries at the fortification levels of 0.2 and 1.0 ㎎ㆍ㎏?¹ were from 101.17 to 104.25 and from 99.70 to 103.77%, respectively. The pesticides were gradually decreased in lettuce with time. Biological half-lives of lambda-cyhalothrin and deltamethrin were 1.7 and 1.4 days at the recommended dose and 1.8 and 1.4 days at the doubled dose, respectively. Initial residue amounts of lambda-cyhalothrin and deltamethrin at the recommended and doubled doses exceeded their MRLs. However, the residue levels of the pesticides in the crop sampled at harvest were less than their MRLs. The ratios of the estimated daily intake (EDI) to acceptable daily intake (ADI) by intake the crop harvested 10 days after spraying were less than 1% of their ADIs.

This experiment was carried out to investigate the residue patterns of two insecticides, indoxcarb and thiamethoxam, commonly used for Chinese cabbage, under greenhouse conditions. The pesticides were sprayed onto Chinese cabbage at the recommended dose and double of the recommended dose 10 days before the prearranged harvest and then sampling was done at 0.17, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 days after spraying. The amounts of their residues in the crop were analyzed with an HPLC. The limit of detection (LOD) of both indoxacarb and thiamethoxam was 0.01 mg kg-1 and mean recoveries of indoxacarb and thiamethoxam were from 97.91 to 104.36% and from 97.07 to 105.49%, respectively. Half-lives of indoxacarb and thiamethoxam were 3.4 and 2.3 days at the recommended dose and 3.3 and 3.5 days at the doubled dose, respectively. The ratios of the EDI to ADI by intake the crop harvested 10 days after spraying were less than 4% of their ADIs.
애호박 중 Chlorpyrifos의 잔류특성 및 수확전 잔류량 예측

This study was carried out to survey the residual characteristic of chlorpyrifos and estimate their residues in squash before harvest. The pesticide was sprayed onto the crop at the recommended and its double rates 10 days before the prearranged harvest and sampling was done at 0, 2,3, 5,6, 7 and 10 days after spraying. The amounts of the chlorpyrifos residue in the crop was analyzed by chromatographic method. Limit of detection (LOD) of chlorpyrifos was 0.005 mg/kg and its recovery ranged from 95.21 to 102.69%. The initial concentration of chlorpyrifos sprayed with recommended dose exceeded its MRL of 0.1 mg/kg but its concentration was less than its MRL 10 days after application. However its concentration in case of the double dose was over its MRL both immediately and 10 days after application. Biological half-lives of chlorpyrifos sprayed onto squash was 2.5 and 2.9 days at the recommended and double doses, respectively. Ten days later, the residual concentration of chlorpyrifos in squash was decreased substantially. The concentration of chlorpyrifos was estimated in squash at the given day using its regression equations. The estimated concentration of chlorpyrifos in case of application with recommended dose was below its MRL at 10 days after application but its concentration in case of application with double dose was over its MRL at 10 days of the prearranged harvest. The rate of the estimated daily intake (EDI) of chlorpyrifos to its acceptable daily intake (ADI) was 282% right after application but it decreased to less than 18% at 10 days of the prearranged harvest.

In order to elucidate the residual characteristics of the insecticides, bifenthrin and imidacloprid, the pesticides were sprayed onto the squash and their residues were analyzed with GC-ECD and HPLC. Detection limits of the pesticides were 0.005 ㎎ ㎏<SUP>-1</SUP> and recoveries of bifenthrin and imidacloprid in squash were from 100.87 to 104.31, and from 79.71 to 92.54%, respectively. Half-lives of bifenthrin and imidacloprid in squash were from 1.8 to 2.9 and from 1.5 to 2.5 days, respectively. Initial concentration of bifenthrin and imidacloprid sprayed at the recommended rate and double rate of recommendation were less than their MRLs. And also, residueal concentrations of the pesticides were rapidly decreased in squash with time. At harvest, estimated daily intakes (EDIs) of the pesticides were less than 0.6% of their acceptable daily intakes (ADIs).
