낙상 사망자 특성분석을 통한 위험계층 추출 및 정책제안

낙상사고로 인한 사망자 수는 시간이 지날수록 증가하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부의 낙상사고에 대한 정책은 그 대상이 여전히 노인계층에만 집중되어 있고 대응방안도 캠페인, 낙상예방운동 등 의식개혁측면에 그치고 있다. 국내의 낙상사고 사망자수를 살펴보면, 외부요인에 의한 사망자수는 지속적으로 감소함에도 불구하고 낙상 사고 같은 경우, 그 사망자가 최근 3년간 지속적인 증가세를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 문제의식을 제기하고 실제로 낙상에 위험한 계층을 찾고자 한다. 이를 분석하기 위해 국내통계 중, 사망원인통계를 활용하여 낙상사망자의 특성을 분석하고 낙상에 취약한 계층을 찾아내려고 시도 하였다. 분석의 결과를 통해 낙상사망자의 위험계층은 각기 다른 특성을 지니고 있음을 알 수 있고 이를 반영한 맞춤형 정책 적용이 필요함을 제안하고자 한다. Death by fall injuries are increasing year after year. Nevertheless, the policy on the fall accident of the government is focused on the elderly only, and even the countermeasures are limited to the reform of consciousness such as campaigns and fall prevention campaigns. In Korea, the number of deaths due to external factors has decreased, but the number of deaths has increased in the case of falls. Therefore, this study suggests the problem consciousness and finds a dangerous class in fall. In order to analyze this, we tried to analyze the characteristics of the fall victim using the statistics of death cause in the domestic statistics and try to find the vulnerable class. The results of the analysis suggest that the risk stratum of the fall mortality has different characteristics and needs to implement the policy reflecting these characteristics.
