간흡충(Clonorchis sinensis), 폐흡충(Paragonimus westermani), 스팔가눔(sparganum), 뇌낭미충(Cysticercus cellulosae), 아니사키스(Anisakis spp.), 선모충(Trichinella spiralis), 개화충(Toxocara canis)에 대한 IgG항체반응을 ELISA를 이용하여 연변지역주민의 혈청역학적 조사를 시행하고 그 결과를 PC-SAS 시스템으로 통계분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1995년 10월부터 1997년 6월 사이에 수집된 총 975명의 혈청에 대한 검사결과 23.87%에서 한 종류이상의 혈청항체 양상을 나타내였다. 이중 간흡충증은 5.74%, 폐흡충증은 4.92%, 낭미충증은 1.54%, 스팔가눔증은 8.51%, 아니사키스증은 1.85%, 개회충증은 12.51%, 선모충증은 7.08%의 혈청항체 양성률을 나타내었다. 판정된 양성혈청을 통계분석한 결과 간흡충(p<0.01), 혜흡충(p<0.01), 아니사키스(p<0.05), 개회충(p<0.01), 선모충(p<0.01)의 각 연령그룹비교에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었고 스팔가눔증은 성별 사이에 유의한 차이가 보였다(p<0.05). 간흡충과 폐흡충은 50대 연령층에서 높은 양성항체가를 나타내는 반면 개회충과 선모충은 20대에서 높은 항체가를 보여주었다. 또한 내과질병으로 않고 있는 환자혈청은 낭미충증을 제외한 6종류 윤충류에서 정상대조인과 비교하여 볼 때 모두 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<0.05 혹은 p<0.01). 즉 환자가 정상대조인보다 혈청양성률이 훨씬 높았다. 이상의 결과는 물론 선충사이의 교차반응이 있을거라고 추측되며 정확한 진단을 위해서는 EITB를 시행해야 한다고 생각한다. 이번 조사는 중국 연변에서 처음으로 되는 혈청역학조사이며 앞으로 기생충진환 퇴치대책에 아주 중요한 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. Antibody responses(IgG) to Paragonimus westermani. Clonorchis sinensis, Cysticercus cellulosae, Sparganum Anisakis simplex, Toxocara canis and Trichinella spiralis were studied. The ELISA technique was performed to determine the prevalence of above helminthic diseases. 975 cases obtained from Yanbian of China during October, 1995 to July, 1997 were examined with a positive antibody titer of 5.74% in clonorchiasis, 4.92% in paragonimiasis, 1.54% in cysticercosis. 8.51% in sparganosis, 1.85% in anisakiosis, 12.51% in toxocariasis, and 7.08% in trichinosis respectively. And 23.87% in showed positive antibody titer at least one of the seven helminths. The differences of the age and sex in the positive sera were analysed by the Chi-squared test and the level of significance accepted was p<0.05. The significant differences in positive antibody production were P.W.(p<0.01). C.S.(p<0.01), A.S.(p<0.05). T.C.(p<0.001), and T.S.(p<0.01) respectively in age groups. sparganosis(p<0.05) in sex groups. Other parasites showed that there were no significant differences among age groups and sex groups(males and females). Higher positive antibody rate of C.S. and P.W. occured in the 50-59 years old and those of T.C. and T.S. happened in the 20-29 years old. Patients of internal disease showed more positive antibody titer, that is to say, there was significant difference between positive rate of internal diseases and that of control (p<0.01. p<0.05) in 6 helminths except cysticercosis. The result showed that some cross reactions existed among nematodes, and the developed techniques(EITB) should be done for a correct diagnosis. Also the prevalence of some important helminths may be evaluated from the result and it would be a basic data for controlling parasitic diseases in Yanbian.
경기도(京畿道) 여주군(驪州郡)에 있어서의 간흡충감염실태조사(肝吸?感染實態調査)

Clonorchiasis sinensis is one of the most important endemic diseases in Korea, and this disease has been known to be one of public health concern in many areas of Korea. This survey was undertaken to evaluate the status of clonorchiasis in Yeoju Gun, Gyeong-gi Do from July to September 1980. A total of 1,194 male students were examined by intradermal test with Clonorchis antigen. In order to detect Clonorchis egg, the stool examinations were undertaken to 1,158 students, and the intensity of the Clonorchis infection was estimated by the Stoll's egg count. The prevalence rate was reanalyzed by the regional groups for an investigation of regional characteristics of infection. The following results were obtained in this survey. 1) Among 1,194 students in Yeoju Eup, positive rate of intradermal test with C. sinensis antigen was 17.2 percent. (middle school14.6% and high school 20.1%). 2) In the examination of 1,158 stool specimens, Clonorchis eggs were found in 97 (8.4%) cases. 3) Mean E.P.G. of Clonorchis infected case was $1,330{\pm}2,620$. 4) The degree of the intensity of Clonorchis infection by E.P.G. count was distributed as 73.6% in light infection (100-999), 22.6%, in moderate infection (1,000-9,999), and 3.8% in heavy infection (10,000-29,999). 5) High prevalence rate of Clonorchis sinensis was found in the Sang-Ri(9,3%) and Ha-Ri(8.4%) in Yeoju Eup. Neighbouring Bugnae Myun (11.5%), Gangcheon Myun(12.1%) and Neungseo Myun (11.1%) adjacent to the river had a similary high prevalence of C. sinensis.

In order to observe the endemic status of Clonrchis sinensis infection in Samrangjin eup, Milyang gun, Kyongsang nam do, a total number of 294 stool specimens were collected from the inhabitants who lived in the basin of the Nakdong river. The specimens were examined by cellophane thick smear technique and Stoll's egg dilution technique during the period from May to June 1983. The epidemiological status was analysed statistically by the regression equation and catalytic curv with the results obtained from this area. The results are as follows : 1) The infestation rate of Clonorchis sinensis in 294 was 49.0%. 2) No remarkable difference was observed between male (52.5%) and female (44.8%). 3) Average E.P.G. by Stoll's egg dilution technique in this area was 9,597. 4) The degree of the intensity of Clonorchis infection by E.P.G. count was distributed as 10.5% in very heavy infection, 14.7% in heavy infection, 47.4% in moderate infection, and 29.3% in light infection. 5) The intensity of endemicity in this area was represented with the regression equation calculated with the cumulative percentages of E.P.G. counts. Regression equation was y=3.40+1.23 log x and Cs. $D._{50}$ was 19.99. 6) The two stage catalytic model was applied and the calculation lead to the equation $y=1296(e^{-0.008t}-e^{-0.035t})$ ; a=0.035 > b=0.008 in this surveyed area. 7) Other helminthic infection rate in this area was 7.1% in A. lumbricoides, 9.5% in T. trichiura and 4.1% in E. vermicularis respectively.
광범위(廣範圍) 구충제(駒蟲劑) Albendazole의 인체연충류감염(人體??類感染)에 대한 구충효과

Albendazole, a new broad spectrum anthelmintic drug, was evaluated for anthelmintic effects in 74 patients with single or mixed infections of Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura. Enterobius vermicularis, Metagonimus yokogawai, Clonorchis sinensis and Taenia spp. Albendazole was administered as a single dose of 400 mg. The cure rate for A. lumbricoides and E. vermicularis was 91.4% and 98.1% respectively at day 30 post-treatment: for T. trichiura it was 51.1% and for M. yakogawai and C. sinensis it was 33.3% and 13.3% respectively. The egg reduction rate at day 30 was 98.5% in A. lumbricoides, 76.5% for T. trichiura : 60.0% for M. yokogawai and 59.6% for C. sinensis However it was not cured in all 5 cases of taeniasis at three months follow-up examination. On the other hand, the various dosages of albendazole were given to the patients infected with C. sinensis and Taenia spp. respectively. The follow-up examinations were carried out at 30 days after treatment in clonorchiasis and at 3 months after treatment in taeniasis. In the results, the recommended dosage of albendazole for clonorchiasis is $3{\times}400mg$ for 3 consecutive days and for taeniasis $2{\times}400mg$ for 3 consecutive days. There were no side effects with the above dosages except only a mild abdominal pain and dizziness in a few patients. Albendazole appears to be more effective than the other available broad spectrum anthelmintic drugs.
