        토마토 암면배지경에서 조기가온에 의한 수분흡수, 광합성, 생육 및 수량

        This study aims to determine effects of heating greenhouse and root-zone prior to sunrise in winter season on water uptake, photosynthesis, plant growth and yield for tomato rockwool hydroponics. Greenhouse heating was controlled at 25°C prior to sunrise with 4-day intervals [Control: None heating, PH-30: 30min-heating (07:30–08:00), PH-60: 60min-heating (07:00-08:00), PH-90: 90minheating (06:30–08:00)] with Sap Flow- and Integrated Solar Radiation-automated irrigation systems (SF, ISR) in experiment I. Root-zone heating was controlled at 19°C prior to sunrise (RPH-90) or at 13°C (Control) with ISR system in experiment II. The substrate temperature was increased to 4°C for both PH-30 and PH-60 treatments, and to 7°C for PH-90. In the SF system, the first irrigation started average 18, 26, 30 mins earlier under the PH-30, PH-60, and PH-90, respectively compared to the ISR system. The water uptake was higher as heating duration was longer. The photosynthetic rate under the PH-90 was higher than that in the PH-30. The degree of leaf area change was greater between the PH-30 and Control, followed by between the PH-60 and PH-90. The substrate temperature ranged from 13.3 to 19.1°C under the RPH-90 treatment, whereas it ranged from 11.0 to 17.2°C under the control in the Experiment II. The water use efficiency (WUE), leaf area, specific leaf area, and marketable yield was higher about 7.0, 10.3, 23.8, and 23.0%, respectively under the RPH-90, compared to the control.

        토마토 암면 고형배지경에서 급액방식에 따른 급배액량, 생육 및 과실 수량 비교

        본 연구는 봄에서 여름 재배기에 토마토를 암면배지 재배에서 누적일사량급액방식(ISR)과 물관수액흐름 속도에 따른 급액방식(SF)에서 급배액량, 수분흡수량, 과실 생육 및 과실생산량, 과실비대속도를 관찰하였다. 정식 후 28일에서 82일까지 총급액량은 SF 제어구에서 약 5.0L 적게 소비되었으나 지상부와 과실 생체중은 유의차가 없었고 수분이용효율(WUE)과 과실 200g을 생산하는데 소요된 물량도 두 처리 간 유의차가 없었다. 정식 후 58일에서 82일까지 급액방식에 따른 실시간 광량과 물관수액흐름속도 상관관계를 관찰하였을 때 상관관계(r²)는 SF제어구에서 더 높게 나타났다. 정식 56일부터 82일까지 실시간 측정된 과경비대속도와 배지함수율의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 SF제어구에서 야간과 낮 시간대에 ISR제어구 보다 높았고 특히 야간 시간대에 상관관계가 더 높게 나타났다. SF제어구의 물관수액흐름속도와 수분부족분(Humidity Deficit: HD)과의 상관관계(r2=0.6286)도 광량과의 관계만큼 높게 나타났다. 더 많은 현장 연구를 통해 수확량, WUE 및 센서의 정확도과 같은 특성에 관한 결과들을 도출하였을 때 상업적 수경재배 농장 재배자의 관심을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 보인다. This study is to compare irrigation efficiency between sap flow sensor automated system (SF) and conventional irrigation system based on integrated solar radiation automated system (ISR) in tomato rockwool hydroponics. Total irrigated volumes was higher in the ISR system by 5.0L per plant, a lower drainage rate was found in the SF system, compared to the ISR system. There was no difference in shoot and fruit fresh weights, water use efficiency (WUE) and water amount consumed for producing 200g of tomato fruit. The daily average sap flow density (SFD) was closer to the change of solar irradiance (SI) in the plant grown under the SF system, compared to the ISR system. The correlation coefficient (r²) between the fruit diameter and the volumetric water content during the 56 and 82 days after transplant showed the SF treatment was higher than the ISR at night and daytime, and the correlation was higher at night time. The sap flow density and humidity deficit (HD) of SF treatment was related as closely as the solar irradiance. Further studies should demonstrate that SF irrigation system is a convenient method for hydroponic farmers with advantages, such as growth, higher yield, WUE, and accuracy.
