6-Substituted Benzothiazolyl Sulfonamide 誘導體의 合成과 抗菌作用에 關한 硏究

Ten compounds of 6-substituted benzothiazolyl sulfonamide derivatives were synthesized, and their authentic structures were identified by IR, H-NMR and ????? spectra with 2-(p-toluenesulfonamido)-benzothiazole(Ⅰ), 2-(p-toluenesulfonamido)-6-ethoxybenzothiazole(Ⅱ), 2-(p-toluenesulfonamido)-6-thiocyanatobenzothiazole(Ⅲ), 2-(p-toluenesulfonamido)-6-chlorobenzothiazole(Ⅳ), 2-(p-toluenesulfonamido)-6-methylbenzothiazole(Ⅴ), 2-(p-toluenesulfonamido)-6-ethylbenzothiazole(Ⅵ), 2-(benzenesulfonamido)-benzothiazole(Ⅶ), 2-(benzenesulfonamido)-6-ethoxybenzothiazole(Ⅷ), 2-(benzenesulfonamido)-6-nitrobenzothiazole(Ⅸ), 2-(benzenesulfonamido)-6-methylbenzothiazole(Ⅹ), Their antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella paratype, Escherichia coil and vibrio parahaemolyticus were investigated by the agar medium dilution method, In general, inhibitory effects of these compounds on growth of S.aureus and E. coli, and S. paratyphi and V. parahaemolyticus were showed at a concentration over 250ppm and 100ppm respectively.
