연구목적이 연구의 목적은 4차 산업이 주요 경제적 가치를 구성하는 시대에 ‘디지털 전환’이라는 환경의 변화 속에서 전통적인 가치를 중심으로 수행되어온 무도 수련이 신변보호요원들에게 제공하는 시대적인 새로운 가치는 무엇인가를 고찰하는 것이다. 연구방법 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 이 연구는 문헌 고찰 방식을 연구의 주요 방법으로 선정하여 연구를 실행하였다. 결과 신변보호요원의 무도수련을 요원 자신의 신체를 단련하여 피보호자의 일차적인 방어 수단이 되어주므로 신체 단련의 목적으로 활용가치는 유용하다. 또한 무도 수련이 지닌 정신적 가치는 신변보호요원의 강인한 정신을 수양하는 매우 필요하다. 결론 무도 발생의 배경인 투쟁과 싸움의 수단적 가치는 현대사회에서 이미 퇴보하였다 드러나 무도를 수련하는 과정에서 획득하는 가치는 시대가 변화하더라도 지속가능하다. 따라서 경호무도라는 형식을 발전시키는데 제약을 두지 않고 신변보호 요원들이 다양한 무도 수련을 통해서 직업정신을 투철히 하는데 목적을 더욱 공고히 해야 할 필요가 있다. PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to provide protection workers with a new era of martial arts training, which has been carried out centered on traditional values, in the changing environment of 'digital transformation' in an era when the 4th industry constitutes major economic value. Value is to consider something. METHOD In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study was conducted by selecting the literature review method as the main method of the study. RESULT In the social phenomenon of digital transformation, martial arts have a continuous role and function as a direct means of protecting the body. The value of utilization for the purpose of physical training is useful because it becomes the primary defense means of the protected person by training the agent's own body through martial arts training. In addition, the spiritual value of martial arts training is very necessary for cultivating the strong spirit of personal protection personnel. CONCLUSION The value of struggle and fighting, which is the background of the development of martial arts, has already been regressed in modern society. Therefore, it is necessary to solidify the purpose of the personal protection personnel to solidify their professional spirit through various martial arts training without limiting the development of the form of security martial arts.
