연잎과 민들레 추출물에 의한 S. mutans 성장억제 효과

최근에 연잎과 민들레 추출물의 약리작용에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어져 항산화작용, 항알레르기효과, 항 균작용, 항암활성 등에 관한 연구가 보고되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 colony forming unit와 흡광도를 측정하여 연 잎과 민들레 추출물이 S. mutans에 미치는 성장억제효과를 연구하였다. 추출물의 첨가에 따른 S. mutans의 성장억제 율을 측정한 결과, 추출물의 농도가 높아질수록 S. mutans의 성장억제율도 높아지는 결과를 얻었다. 이로써 연잎과 민 들레 추출물은 S. mutans의 성장을 억제하는 항균효과를 가지고 있음을 본 연구에서 확인 할 수 있었다. Results regarding the anti-oxidative, anti-allergic, anti-bacterial and anti-cancer effects of lotus leaf and dandelion have been reported through active research on the medical effects of medicine prepared from crude drugs. This paper aimed to examine the anti-bacterial effect of lotus leaf and dandelion extracts on S. mutans by evaluating the colony forming unit and growth curve. In accordance with the growth inhibition rate of S. mutans according to the addition of lotus leaf and dandelion extracts, the higher the extract concentration was, the higher the growth inhibition rate of S. mutans was. This paper therefore verifies that lotus leaf and dandelion extracts have an effect in inhibiting the growth of S. mutans.

국가기록원 소장 국무회의록 보존 처리 : 거대 편철 기록물의 보존성 향상을 위한 편철 개선

Minutes of cabinet meetings (hereafter referred to as "minutes") offer records on important activities of the government of the Republic of Korea. The National Archives of Korea has implemented a series of preservation for these minutes such as condition survey, deacidification, microfilming, digitization, making boxes, etc. Conservation treatment plans were further established in 2018 to pursue more preservation of over 2,000 volumes of minutes based on the result of the condition survey of the minutes. Among ninety-seven volumes that require conservation treatments, six volumes have been treated so far. A major concern of conservation treatment of minutes was found that a single volume of minutes contains 800 pages, leading to heavier and bulkier than most of other bound volumes. This paper presents the measures taken to solve the problems resulting from this bulky structure of the bound minutes. It is expected that the study will offer an opportunity to consider effective conservation methods for records on paper of which the physical shapes are yet to be determined. 국무회의 관련 기록(이하 '국무회의록')은 대한민국 정부의 중요 활동을 파악할 수 있는 기록물이다. 중요 자료인 국무회의록을 보존하기 위하여 국가기록원에서는 다양한 보존업무를 추진해왔다. 보존상자 맞춤 제작, 탈산 처리, 이중매체 보존(마이크로필름 촬영), 콘텐츠 디지털화(스캐닝) 등을 진행하였다. 2,000권이 넘는 국무회의록을 효과적으로 보존하기 위하여 상태검사 결과를 활용하여 보존처리 계획을 2018년에 수립하였다. 복원대상 97권 중 6권에 대한 보존처리를 끝내고, 그 처리사례를 소개하고자 한다. 국무회의록은 평균 800면이 넘는 기록물 철로 다른 기록물보다 편철이 거대한 기록물이 많다. 본고에서는 이러한 형태 때문에 생기는 구조적인 문제를 해결하기 위한 조치들을 중점적으로 소개한다. 물리적 원형이 확립되지 않은 종이 기록물에 대한 보존처리 접근 방법을 고찰하는 계기가 되기를 기대한다.
