Free Motion Headform (FMH) impact Test is US Federal Regulation to protect passenger being impacted to interior parts in car accident. but repeatability for this test is very sensitive and shows low repeatability. FMVSS201(u) requires that the upper vehicle interior structures with trim in a vehicle must satisfy FMH impact test with Head Injury Criterion(HIC) limit. To meet the FMVSS201U regulation, Energy absorbers need countermeasure between roof and headliner. In this paper, we defines control factor and noise factors and present the DFSS method to optimize Energy absorber. The focus of optimization is to reduce the cost and meet the performance target.
스위스 볼을 이용한 체간 안정화 운동이 초보 골퍼의 유연성 및 골프 수행능력에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the swissball exercise in combination with core muscle in beginner golfer. In general, the swiss ball exercise was related in the core muscle ability. Methods: The experiment was conducted with a total of 10 beginner golfer, and they were dicide into two groups: comparison group(n=5) and experimental group(n=5). In this research, the subjects of the comparison group performed the general matte exercise three times a week, for four weeks. The subjects of the experimental group performed the swiss ball exercise in combination with core muscle three times a week, for four weeks. Use the 7-iron and driver were measured head speed and distance of the comparison group and the experimental group, respectively. The collected data were analyzed by using the paired t-test and ANCOVA Results: The results of this study were as follows: 1) Swiss ball exercise in combination with core muscle revealed the significant improvements after corresponding exercise in golf performance capability. 2) Mat exercise was seen less better than the swiss ball exercises. Conclusion: This results suggested that it was improved the golfer shot performance of beginner proposes to see the Swiss combined movement

According to getting more important of Pedestrian Protection, it has been changing that the procedure about NCAP and Regulation on each region. So it needs to unify internationally with GTR that increasingly execute on summit and many countries have plan to join. Furthermore, new dummy proposed for simulating real human model, the requirements of Flexible Pedestrian Legform Impactor are locating in global technical regulation. Manufacturers make an effort to verify the impactor by using CAE and physical test, but it is essential that compare and correlate between test and CAE for accuracy.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of increased brain activity on the muscle endurance and the effect of brain activation through the combination of transcranial direct current stimulation and aerobic exercise on elderly woman. Methods : To investigate the effect of the muscle endurance on right leg, muscle endurance was evaluated by measuring the surface EMG of the muscles of the rectus femoris, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, and gastrocnemius muscle. Results : There was a significant difference in the pre and post comparisons of muscle endurance on rectus femoris, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior muscle (p<.05). Difference of Combination of transcranial direct current stimulation and aerobic exercise group median frequency was smaller than control group (p<.05). There was not a significant difference in the pre and post comparisons of muscle endurance on biceps femoris, and gastrocnemius muscle. Difference of Combination of transcranial direct current stimulation and aerobic exercise group median frequency was showed a similar pattern. Conclusion : Through these results, It was found that increasing the brain activity by the transcranial direct current stimulation improves the exercise capacity on the elderly women. Combination of transcranial direct current stimulation and aerobic exercise maybe applied as an effective treatment for improving muscular endurance.
만성 뇌졸중 환자의 마비측 중간볼기근 테이핑이 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

Purpose : Kinesio taping is a therapeutic method used in the treatment of various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular deficits limited evidence the effects of gluteus medius kinesio taping in neurologic patients. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effects of gluteus medius kinesio taping on balance ability and gait function in after a stroke. Methods : Twenty-four post-stroke patients were included in this study. Gluteus medius taping group and sham gluteus medius taping group were divided into intervention. Kinesio tape was applied the gluteus medius muscles. In all the subjects, the balance ability was measured using the force plate and timed up & go test (TUG) and gait function was assessed using the 10-meter walking test at time points of both before and after the taping. Result : There was a significant difference in balance ability and gait function between the two groups before and after gluteus medius taping group (p<.05). The gluteus medius taping group showed a significant difference between the groups (p<.05). Conclusion : The results suggest that taping may be a useful method during rehabilitation programs for stroke patients. Application of Kinesio taping to the gluteus medius muscles was found to be useful especially in improving balance ability.

So based on the result of physical test and CAE, it can be judged by upper legform threshold.
