        This paper was focused on Deep Spiritual Prayer and Spirituality Development for Christians. In Korea many Christians have lots of prayer problems. Even if they pray, they focus on Shamanic prayer. So they show lots of problems. In this situation, the author suggests `Prayer in the Spirit` as a Biblical prayer. `Prayer in the Spirit` is the prayer being led by the Spirit. Therefore the Spirit`s Presence is very important in this prayer. If there is the Spirit`s Presence, we do nothing but follow the Spirit`s Guidance. But it is not easy to induce the Spirit`s Presence for us. The author suggests Abdominal breathing prayer, Words meditation prayer, and Tongues prayer. But one among these prayers is not absolute. We must practice one by one and select one method to go with us best. The author also has practiced one by one in various situations and selected Abdominal breathing prayer and continued to do Abdominal breathing prayer till now for almost four years.

      • 교양교육에서 자기계발과 성공의 중요성에 관한 연구

        Today the education on the importance of self-development and success in the liberal arts education. So the education related to this is been giving briskly at each university. By the way the concept of success must be defined rightly first and the method of self-development be suggested according to this. The author first suggested the concept of success as follows: Secular perspectivewealth, position(power), fame. More elevated perspective- self-realization, pursuit of happiness, pursuit of continuous self-development and growth. And the author suggested the method of self-development in personal dimension, inter-relational dimension, organizational dimension as follows: Personal dimension- success habit and self-management, self-confidence and delf-esteem, positive thinking and creativity. Inter-relational dimension- laughter and humor, negotiation and persuasion, sales. Organizational dimension-leadership and servant leadership, sensitivity and coaching leadership, team and organization management leadership. When these things are achieved in a balanced way, we shall achieve success in secular perspective as well as more elevated perspective.

      • 효과적인 교양수업에 관한 연구

        How can we give an effective lecture to students? This is the desire of all people who take part in teaching job. Bur the answer is not easy. The author analyzed the lectures that students dislike and like based on his experience and study till now, and found the direction that reforms uneffective lectures and maintains effective lectures continually, to be more, studied the methods of Liberal arts that are proper to characters of 21st. To give an effective lecture, first, the mental attitude and manner of teaching people is important. It needs the love and consideration for students in addition to the passion. Second, there are the overall and deep contents to be suited to needs of the times. Third, the skills of lecture and methods of class-operation must be the debate that students can take part in and the small group based on collaboration for project study. Students must depend on teaching people, but try to make an effort to make voluntary study, and prepare for the skills to be suited to the needs of times, based on the interaction with teaching people. The future class must be improved and reformed for this direction.

      • 교양교육에서 성경이야기 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 연구

        Getting into the 4th Industrial Revolution, various scientific technology and its products make difficult an educational environment. Now to deliver an simple knowledge is possible as much as you like if you get the efforts of a smart phone and an AI robot. At this situation, personality education and creativity education that these machines cannot do become more important. In Christian university, a chapel and an christian understanding class are aimed at developing a christian personality. Especially, we cannot help giving a competency-oriented lesson because of competency-oriented evaluation at an university. At this situation, we need mastering thoughts-organizing skills and story-telling skills and delivering some biblical stories recreated by these skills, because these stories will draw attention and interest and deliver messages effectively. If we draw attention and interest, we can deliver any messages easily. Moreover the effects of the Good News will grow more if students feel empathy on these messages. These effects will be possible only by the ceaseless efforts of professors.

      • 교양교육에서 역량개발 학습법에 대한 연구

        Under the premise that working places will be in a crisis in the future because of the development of various innovative technologies in the 4th Industrial Revolution Age this paper is aimed at looking into how we can overcome the crisis. The crisis of working places in the 4th Industrial Revolution Age means that education became so much important. Even if reeducation is important to overcome this crisis, the education on the intrinsic core competence of human beings that AI machines can not replace is more important. Of course, even if we utilizes innovative technologies in this education, we try to create various learning methods for the development of the intrinsic core competence. These methods include various ones like PBL, that is, Project-Based Learning or Problem-Based Learning, Challenge-Based Learning, Phenomenon-Based Learning, Design Thinking Learning, Maker Education, etc. In this paper the author tried to apply Startup-Based Learning. Startup-Based Learning is Project-Based Learning to be called as a Startup. But it includes the development of various competences. Even if we can not evaluate all these competences, the effects of this learning will be great if we can make students overcome the fear of Startup and try it

      • 21세기 교양교육- 학생주도 참여수업이 답이다

        Various education tools such as AI etc. are being utilized in the 4<SUP>th</SUP> Industrial Revolution Age. Moreover Digital Natives are apt to utilize these tools for their learning. So teachers-centered learning is not effective any longer. At this situation, teachers have developed new teaching methods and obtained some effects. For example teacher-centered question, storytelling, utilizing various stage props, variety show, etc. But these methods have some limits that students can not participate because they are being performed only by teachers. Therefore it is necessary that students take part in learning actively for next education. The author suggests following methods as means to increase creative power and to updrade problem-solving power: thinking learning, students-centered discussion or debate learning, Small group-based collaboration and project-based learning, physical action learning. And the author suggested one case as one example of students-centered learning.

      • 4차 산업혁명 시대 과학기술의 융합과 교양교육의 방향

        Convergence in the era of the 4th industrial revolution in the 21st century appears in three forms: knowledge convergence, technology convergence, and industrial convergence. In terms of science and technology, the three major meta-tools are the core of convergence. The three major meta-tools are artificial intelligence (robot), nanotechnology, and 3D printers. These technologies show horizontal convergence in each area of the industry, but artificial intelligence (robot) also shows vertical convergence such as software, nanotechnology is material, and 3D printers are manufactured. Convergence in the field of education is mainly centered on the three major meta-learning tools. The three major meta-learning tools are artificial intelligence (robot), meta-bus, and augmented humans. Artificial intelligence (robot) is contributing greatly to the innovation of education in cooperation with human teachers in the form of robot counseling, robot assistant, and robot teacher. Metabus is a new educational tool that enables two-way communication and immersion between professors and students, and students participation classes in the non-face-to-face era. Augmented humans can help students learn by enhancing their memory and improving their capabilities by enhancing or supplementing human brain functions.

      • 교회성장과 소그룹 운동

        One of the main problems of modern church is that it does not grow but is stalled and withdraws. The reason is that the church was institutionalized lost the dynamism and survival power of the first century church after A.D. 313. By the way, historically there were the activities to restore the dynamism and survival power of the first century church many times. The small group movement is representative. The small group ministry is clear in biblical background and historically it revealed as Community restoration movement of Anabaptism, Pietism and Moravian brothers, Methodism of England Wesley, etc. And these small group movements were valued positive in Spiritual growth and Evangelism and Mission of the church. Modern small group movement was revealed as Discipleship movement, Band ministry, Cell ministry, and House church, etc. But it was evaluated that these movements were not different greatly from the historical small group movements and the effects were positive. On the basis of these, Small group movement must have following characteristics: Decentralization and laity ministry, Living organic community, and Church growth as ultimate purpose.

      • 포스트휴먼 시대와 개혁주의생명신학 관점에서의 교양교육 방향

        In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the development of science and technology heralds the emergence of a new human being (posthuman) that is completely different from the current human being. This is done in two directions: mechanization of humans and humanization of machines. The appearance of this posthuman has both positive and negative aspects. This paper examines criticism of posthumanism in three ways: ethical criticism, religious criticism, and pedagogical criticism, compares posthumanism with reformist life theology, and suggests the direction of liberal education from the perspective of reformist life theology. Of course, I argue in this paper that posthumanism is inevitable, so it is necessary to actively and critically deal with it because it is inevitable.
