        학업성취에 대한 자기결정성 동기와 성취목표지향성의 이질적 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 자기결정성이론과 성취목표지향성이론의 통합적 관점에서 숙달접근목표와 수행접근목표의 이질적 효과를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 검증하기 위해 한국교육개발원의 한국교육종단연구 5~6차년도 데이터(고2~고3)를 사용하여 회귀혼합분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 고2의 자기결정성 동기와 성취목표지향성이 고3의 학업성적에 미치는 영향력에 따라 고외재 중다목표, 균형 중다목표, 저외재 중다목표, 및 내재 숙달목표의 네 잠재계층으로 구분되었다. 외재적 조절동기와 내재적 조절동기가 평균적인 수준에서 균형을 이룬 균형 중다목표 계층에서는 숙달접근목표의 학업성적 예측효과가 학업성적을 유의미하게 예측했지만 내재적 조절동기가 상대적으로 높은 계층(내재 숙달목표 계층)과 외재적 조절동기가 상대적으로 낮은 계층(저외재 중다목표 계층)에서는 성취목표의 수준과 관계없이 수행접근목표가 유의한 정적 효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통해 성취목표지향성이 학업성적에 미치는 효과는 자기결정성 동기의 수준에 따라 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. The purpose of this research was to investigate differential effects of achievement goal orientations and self-determined motivations on academic achievement. Regression mixture model was applied using KELS 2005 longitudinal data of fifth and sixth wave. Achievement goal orientation and self-determined motivations were measured at 11th grade and their national academic aptitude test scores were collected one year later. The major findings of this research were as follows: First, regression mixture analysis identified four latent classes with differential effects of self-determined motivations and achievement goal orientations on the academic achievement; high extrinsic regulation with multiple goals, low extrinsic regulation with multiple goals, balanced regulation with multiple goals, and high intrinsic regulation with high mastery goals. Performance-approach goals had positive effects on academic achievement when it is accompanied by low extrinsic regulation (low extrinsic regulation with multiple goals) or by high intrinsic regulation (high intrinsic regulation with high mastery goals), whereas mastery-approach goals had positive effects on academic achievement when intrinsic regulation and extrinsic regulation were balanced (balanced regulation with multiple goals). This study confirmed that the effects of achievement goals on academic achievement would differ depending on their self-determined motivations.

        In order to secure performance of valve train structure, it is important to secure multiple performance such as dynamic behavior safety, friction reduction and durability. To do so, first, a process was established to derive a spring shape that satisfies durability without increasing spring load. Secondly, a process was established to derive a valve layout that minimizes friction loss while satisfying valve dynamic characteristics. Third, a process was established to derive the design specifications of the cam journal to minimize friction losses. Using these three models, the optimum spring geometry, valve layout and cam journal specifications were presented and the degree of improvement was assessed.

        A Continuously Variable Valve Duration (CVVD) engine has been developed. The CVVD mechanism can change valve duration of an engine relatively shorter and longer than the conventional ones. Thus, it can improve fuel efficiency of a gasoline engine by reducing compression work at part load condition, and can also improve low end torque by increasing volumetric efficiency at wide open throttle condition. But, the CVVD consist of many parts by contacting between parts. So, it is possible to have a problem about durability, wear. This study deals with wear of worm wheel & fatigue life of bracket & dynamic characteristic of valve-train. And a multi-body model has been developed in order to achieve detailed knowledge on dynamic loads. Also this study proposed a new design for improvement about wear, durability, dynamic characteristic.
