It is necessary to collect and process of various information and provide a real-time specific information for users who use traffic linkage and transfer center. We studied some technologies that can track user's position in real-time. But existing technologies have some problems that their positioning error is too big to use for some services as installation of device and service place. And it is difficult to apply traffic linkage and transfer services because many situations can be happen. In the testbed, Gwangmyoung Station, we got some results in a bad conditions such as a lot of steel construction and another communication device. Conditions of the place which will be built can be worse than Gwangmyoung station. Therefore, We researched some Location correction algorithm as a method for accuracy. And its algorithm is designed through grid coordinates, map-matching, modelling coordinates and Kalman filtering and is being implemented continuously. In this paper, we suggested its concept and some test results.

In this paper we present secondary path modeling based on occupants position for active noise control system. In most ANC systems, the secondary path filters are constructed by designing the system without considering the position of the occupants in the modeling of the secondary path. The disadvantage of such a system is that the convergence of noise control is impaired when the occupant"s position changes from the optimal position designed for secondary path modeling. To avoid this issue, this thesis allows optimal feedback to be provided to occupants by considering the location of the occupants in the secondary route modeling and configuring the active noise control system by referring to the various secondary routes designed for this purpose. Experimentation with modeling and simulation using the proposed method has shown that the convergence performance of active noise control systems is improved.

국내 ITS의 교통정보 이용 활성화 및 품질 제고를 위해서는 교통수집 부분에서는 기존의 지점정보수집 개념에서 광역적 정보 수집인프라를 기반으로 도로, 교통 및 환경 정보 융합에 의한 통합자료 수집이 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보 수집 체계에서 새로운 교통정보 수집 검지기(복합, 적외선, 이동류 등)를 통해 수집되는 정보를 유/무선통신을 통해 효율적으로 전송하기 위한 프로토콜(체계, 정보정의, 데이터포맷 등)을 제시하였다. 이는 현재 이 분야의 기술개발이 넓게 분포되어 있는 시점에서 정보 수집 체계 및 통신 인터페이스를 제시함으로 정책 수립 및 사업 구현 시 참고하게 하고 산업계의 기술개발에 대한 기본 틀을 제공하여 시장 활성화에 기여하기 위함이다.

In this paper, we present a secondary path modeling method based on the number of occupants in the vehicle when we construct an active noise control system. In most ANC systems, a system that is not optimized for the number of occupants is designed and constructed when modeling the secondary path. The disadvantages of these systems are that the convergence performance of active noise control will decrease as the number of occupants changes and the risk of a loud bang noise may also be increased. To avoid these problems, we propose a method to change the number of occupants to measure the correct secondary path and activate active noise control with a system optimized for the number of occupants. We can confirm that an improved active noise control system configuration is possible through modeling and simulation experiments using the proposed method.
