The 4th Bridge of Do-Kok which will be made in the third section part of work, called Chung-Ang Railroad Line(Deok-So~Won-ju) is planed that the roadbed newly established is higher than the existing roadbed. So people in Pal-Dang Li demand downward settlement of the roadbed newly established because of a prospect of The Han-River. Because of the claim, there were two conferences to analyze the field condition, terms of works and economical efficiency regarding design modification(downward settlement of design elevation(70cm), the minimum span length(40m) and height from the bottom of the slab to ground(5m). Through such conferences, it is possible to apply The Precom Beam to The 4th Bridge of Do-Kok in our construction field after investigating structural safety.

The third double-track construction part of work, called Chung Ang Railroad line(Deok-So~Won-Ju) is in progress and the personal museum located 330m from the starting point of Pal-Dang Tunnel(length=4,470m) line in the canyon is to be effected by rock blasting during the tunnel excavation work, especially museum articles and building itself. This paper is the example of application suitable tunnel rock blasting pattern for excavation after the case study about the investigation and analysis of rock blasting noise pollution during tunnel excavation work. The museum is a three-story building, RC concrete structure and is located 17m from the top of the tunnel, in the center of the double-track line. Comparing estimate vibration frequency with site vibration one, it can be verified the reasonable rock blasting noise pollution as improving the application of tunnel excavation rock blasting pattern. The above pattern has been selected economically and effectively and applied to our construction field.

F.C.M applied from Jin Jung Li to Yang Su Li(660m) in Puk Han River Bridge(1,414m) construction part is a construction method on the double-track construction which is the third section part of work, called Chung Ang Railroad Line(Deok-So~Won-Ju). This method is the beginning application on Railroad Bridge. After completing upper slab structure, there are several following works such as setting up ballast, sleepers and laying long rails. So it is important to consider the properties of Railroad Bridge while designing the length of bridge and its single span. After the physical process study the shrinkage and creep of concrete, bending up by prestressing in general PSM bridge, relaxation of tendons as time goes by after post-tension, the conclusion of such a study is applied to the Puk-Han River Bridge in this construction field.
