공급사슬통합에서 모니터링이 구매사 경영성과에 미치는 영향

공급사슬통합과 기업의 경영성과에 관한 관계는 다수 연구되었으나, 그 결과는 일관적이지 않다. 특히 공급사슬통합을 구조적 차원으로 구분한 연구는 다수 있었으나, 기능적 차원으로 구분한 연구는 거의 없으며 통합 달성 이후 관리에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 공급사슬통합을 전략적 통합, 운영적 통합으로 기능적 차원으로 구분하고, 통합이 달성된 이후 발생할 수 있는 문제를 모니터링을 조절변수로 하여 조직적 차원에서 실증 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2013년 한국생산성본부 생산성연구소가 설문 조사한 일반기계, 자동차, 조선, 통신기기 산업 내 552개의 기업체들을 대상으로 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 운영적 통합과 전략적 통합은 구매자의 경영성과에 직접적 영향을 주었으며, 결과 모니터링과 행위 모니터링이 전략적 통합과 구매사의 경영성과의 관계에만 각각 양과 음의 조절효과를 나타냈다. While there have been numerous previous studies on the effect of supply chain integration (SCI) on firm performance, the results are not consistent. Further, much research on SCI has focused on structural dimensions, but relatively few studies exist which dealt with functional dimensions and the effect of post-integration management. Therefore, this study examines SCI in terms of operational integration and strategic integration and empirically explores their post-integration impact moderated by monitoring from an organizational perspective. For this, we applied regression analysis, using 522 data collected in 2013 from Korea Productivity Research Center in general equipments, automotive, shipbuilding, and telecom equipments industries. The analysis results show that both operational integration and strategic integration influenced buyer firm performance directly and that output monitoring and behavior monitoring have negative and positive moderating impact, respectively on the relationship between only strategic integration and firm performance.
