실감형 진로체험 교육프로그램 개발 사례 연구 : 중학교 자유학기제 중심으로

본 연구에서는 자유학기제의 진로 탐색 교육 과정을 실감형 콘텐츠를 활용해 직접 미래의 직업을 체험하는 프로그램으로 설계하고, 이에 대한 교육 운영 만족도를 확인함으로써 중학교 자유학기 대상 표준화된 실감교육 진로체험 교육 과정의 확산에 기여하고자 하였다. 이에 자유학기제를 위한 실감형 진로 체험 프로그램을 개발하여, 미래를 만나다, 미래를 꿈꾸다, 미래를 상상하다의 세 가지 주제로 구성하였다. 세 가지 프로그램의 공통적인 교육 목표는 학생들이 직접적인 체험을 통해 진로에 대한 시각을 넓히고 그 과정에서 다양한 핵심 역량을 함양하는것이었다. 결과적으로 학생들은 개발 프로그램에 대해 98%가 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며, 68%의 학생들은 진로에 대한 시각을 넓힐 수 있었다고 응답하였고, 그 과정에서 학생들이 자기 주도적 학습 능력 등의 핵심 역량들을 함양하였다는 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 사후분석에서도 VR 진로체험 콘텐츠가 나의 진로 교육에 활용할 것이며(59.3%), 다른 친구들에게 추천하겠으며(66.4%), 교육내용(63.1%) 및 방법(65.2%)에 만족스럽고, 프로그램 전체적으로 만족스럽다고(80.5%) 응답한 것으로 나타나, VR 콘텐츠를 활용한 교육 프로그램에 대해 흥미와 동기가지속적으로 유지되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 향후 변화하는 교육 환경에 유연하게 대응하여 진로 탐색과 관련된 교육 프로그램과 교육 도구를 개발할 근거를 마련해주고, 지역․교사 등의 요인에 따른 편차를 줄이며, 표준화된 교육 과정과 새로운교육 도구를 활용하는 교육 과정 설계에 기초적인 연구 자료로 활용될 수 있으리라 기대한다. In this study, it was intended to contribute to the spread of the standardized ‘career exploration experience activity program’ experience curriculum for middle school free semesters by confirming the satisfaction with education operation. Accordingly, ‘career exploration experience activity program’ was developed for the free semester system and composed of three themes: Meet the Future, Dream the Future, and Imagine the Future. The common educational goal of the three programs was to broaden students perspectives on career paths through direct experience and to cultivate various core competencies in the process. As a result, 98% of students answered that they were satisfied with this program, and 68% of students answered that they were able to broaden their perspective on their career path. In the process, it was possible to derive the result that the students cultivated core competencies such as self-directed learning ability. In post-mortem analysis, In the post-mortem analysis, it was confirmed that interest and motivation for educational programs using VR contents were continuously maintained. Such research results provide the basis for developing educational programs and educational tools related to career exploration by responding flexibly to the changing educational environment in the future.

기업현장에서 요구하는 창의적 솔루션(solution) 제시를 위한 학부ㆍ대학원 협업 수업에 관한 사례연구

본 연구는 기업현장에서 실제적으로 고민하고 있는 다양한 이슈를 학교 수업으로 연계하여 실현 가능한 대안을 제시하여 이론과 실제의 접목을 이끌어 냈다. 특히 실무경험이 부족한 학부생들이 기업현장 방문 및 실무자와의 지속적인 커뮤니케이션을 통해 그들의 당면 현안을 토대로 함께 고민하면서 현실적인 대안을 도출하는 과정을 상세히 분석ㆍ정리하였다. 또한 실무와 병행하고 있는 MBA 과정생들과의 협업 수업은 학부생들의 창의적인 아이디어, 실무 경험을 지니고 있는 대학원생들의 현실적인 대안을 구체화함으로써 기업ㆍ학생 상호간 의 도움이 되는 시너지를 창출하였다. 이러한 측면에서 볼 때 본 연구는 기업현장에서 고민 하고 있는 실질적인 현안을 토대로 학부생과 대학원생들의 협업수업을 통해 현장에서 적용 가능한 솔루션을 제시하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 나아가 대학에서 ‘이론과 실무의 접목’을 꾀하고자 하는 다양한 시도들이 있었지만 구체적인 학습방식에 관한 방법론을 제시하는 데 있어서는 미미했는데 적극적인 학습방식의 구체적인 프로세스를 제공하고 있다는 측면에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to study the theory and practice of participatory learning methods linked to actual business and school classes. In particular, the process of developing realistic alternatives to specific problems was analyzed and compiled for undergraduate students with limited working experience through business visits and continued communication with practitioners. In addition, collaboration classes between MBA students working for businesses and undergraduate students with no business experience have combined their creative ideas and practical experiences to create a mutually beneficial synergy learning effect. Therefore, this research is meaningful in that it presents solutions that can be applied to the business sector through collaborative learning between undergraduate and graduate students. In previous studies, there have been various attempts to combine theory with practice, but they are somewhat inferior to specific learning methodologies. In this respect, this study is meaningful in that it provides a specific course of active learning.
