Design that the recent gasoline pumps are compact is consisting much. Can prevent increase of need power controlling case unnecessary flow, and because flow pulsation is small relatively than gear pump, structure noise is small. There, it is essential parts of engine/ noise reduction and fuel efficiency elevation if alternate gear pump by vane pump. Develop analysis, layout, method of test and production method of construction to develop that noise, high effectiveness, high fuel efficiency, variable capacity type vane pump of low torque. So shorten design period and develop oil pump of most suitable. Therefore, In this paper is camring rotation type variable discharge vane pump development for engine lubrication develop automatism program and produce prototype and verify performance.

The transmission control method of a small forklift is classified into a pilot control method and a direct control method. In the pilot control method, the complex hydraulic circuit consists of many components, making the production process too costly and time consuming. The direct control method contains fewer components that can be configured to simple hydraulic circuits. As another advantage, the input profile easily changes the shift sensitivity of the transmission. Therefore, this research considers the characteristics of the direct control method in the development of hydraulic system design. This paper will present a simulation of the direct control transmission using AMESim. First, modeling of the direct control method is obtained and simulated with real parameters. The simulation results then are carried out and compared with the experimental results to verify and analyze the characteristics of the direct control method.

The direct control method contains fewer components that can be configured to simple hydraulic circuit. It has more advantages because the shift sensitivity of transmission is changed easily via the input profile. In this paper, the controller design and the input profile for system are studied to apply to the direct control method. The input profile consists of Fill section, Hold section and Ramp section. The characteristic of each section is obtained through experiment. As the result, the shift sensitivity and starting performance are effected by Fill section and Hold section.

This paper is the study of forklift on the development of proportional control valve system. Small forklift is the transmission by the pilot pressure. So a lot of time and money is needed to adjust the sensitivity of transmission. Proportional control valve to easily adjust the clutch pressure. Proportional control valve to change the shape of the input waveform by adjusting the clutch pressure. Input waveform is changed by using the program. In this paper, we simulate the proportional control valve and the clutch pack. Proportional control valve to simulate the performance of Forklift and find ways to reduce shift shock.

본 논문은 유압해석 상용툴인 AMESim을 이용하여 로드센싱형 휠로더 유압 시스템을 모델링 하였다. 휠로더 유압장치의 주요 구성요소인 펌프, 메인 컨트롤밸브, 압력 보상기, 리모트 컨트롤밸브 및 작업 장치를 모델링 하였으며 실제 차량의 제원을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과와 실차 데이터를 비교 검토하여 시뮬레이션 결과와 실차 데이터가 유사함을 알 수 있었다.

The air suction filter of the power plant decrease the dust and impurities of suction air that reduce the life and efficiency of the boiler. The suction efficiency of the air filter falls with the dust and impurities when the time of use comes to be long. Therefore, the various contaminant of the filter must remove periodically. This paper presents a developed quick exhaust valve to use in the thermo-electric power plant. to removing contaminants on the filter, the blowing is done shortly by air pressure. The Air flowed out to the out side from the inside of the filter. The performance test of the developed valve is done by making a test-bench according to JIS and KS standards. The efficiency is found higher than the existing related valve.
