BYN블랙야크는 친환경 및 ESG 경영을 지향하는 기능성 아웃도어 브랜드이다. 위기를 비즈니스 모델 전환의 계기로 삼는 창업주의 경영철학이 주목을 받으면서, 성공적 창업 및 기업운영 사례로 탐색되어 왔다. 기존의 사례연구에서는 기업사 또는 창업주에 주목하면서, 구체적 경영적 상황에 대한 해당 기업의 해법 제시를 기반으로 한 시사점 도출 및 학습현장 적용에 제한이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 3가지 토론문제의 제시 및 이에 대한 해법제시를 통하여, 본 기업 사례가 경영교육의 현장에서 접목되도록 하였다. 3가지 토론문제는 다음과 같다. 1) 기업가의 철학과 기업의 경쟁력과의 관계, 2) 기업핵심역량 정의 방향성, 3) MZ 세대 대상 아웃도어 브랜드 확장 및 온라인 쇼핑몰 운영의 유의미성이 제시되었다. 이에 대하여, 각기 기업 경쟁우위, Pull - Push 전략, 브랜드 확장 전략에 기반하여, 해당 기업사례에 적용하였다. BYN Black Yak is a functional outdoor brand that pur sues eco-friendly and ESG management. As the founder's management philosophy, which uses the cris is as an opportunity to transform the business model, has been attracting attention, it has been explored as examples of succes sful start-ups and business operations. Existing case studies focused on corporate history or founder s, but there were limitations m deriving implications and applying learning sites based on the company's proposal of solutions to specific business situations . In this study, by presenting three discussion problems and presenting solutions to them, the case of this company was incorporated in the field of management education. The three discussion questions are: 1) The relationship between the entrepreneur's philosophy and the company's competit iveness, 2) the direction of defining corporate core competencies, and 3) the significance of outdoor brand expansion and online shopping mall operation for the MZ generation were presented. Regarding this, based on the company's competitive advantage, pull-push strategy, and brand expans ion strategy, it was applied to the corresponding business case.

전문건설업의 CEO특성, 회계정보이용, 경영성과의 관계

[연구목적] 본 연구는 CEO의 전문성과 리더십이 재무회계정보이용과 원가관리회계정보이용에 미치는 영향과 이들 회계정보이용이 재무성과 및 비재무성과에 미치는 영향을 살피는 것을 목적으로 한다. [연구방법] 연구대상은 제주도내 전문건설업 매출 순위 100위 업체이며, 설문조사법으로 데이터를 수집하였다. 최종 54부의 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0과 Smart PLS 3.0이다. [연구결과] 첫째, CEO특성(CEO 전문성, CEO 리더십)은 회계정보이용(재무회계정보의 이용과 원가관리회계정보의 이용)에 유의한 정의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 회계정보의 이용(재무회계정보의 이용과 원가관리회계정보의 이용)이 경영성과에 미치는 영향도 긍정적으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경영자의 특성이 원가관리회계 정보사용을 통해 비재무적 성과에 유의한 간접효과를 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 제주도지역의 전문건설업에 관한 연구가 부족한 상황에서 실증연구를 수행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 연구 결과는 전문건설업의 경영성과를 향상시키기 위한 회계정보시스템 수립 시의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 전문건설업의 특수성을 고려한 회계정보시스템의 설계에 도움이 될 것이다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of CEO’s expertise and leadership on the use of financial accounting information and cost management accounting information and the effect of the use of these accounting information on financial and nonfinancial performance. [Methodology] The subject of this study was the top 100 companies in the sales ranking of the professional construction industry in Jeju-do, and data was collected using a survey method. The final 54 copies of data were used for analysis. The analysis methods are SPSS 18.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. [Findings] First, it was found that CEO characteristics (CEO expertise, CEO leadership) had a significant positive relationship with the use of accounting information (the use of financial accounting information and the use of cost management accounting information). Second, the effect of the use of accounting information (use of financial accounting information and use of cost management accounting information) on business performance was also positive. Third, it was confirmed that the characteristics of managers had a significant indirect effect on non-financial performance through the use of cost management and accounting information. [Implications] This study is meaningful in that it conducted an empirical study in a situation where there is a lack of research on the specialized construction industry in Jeju Island. The research results can be used as basic data when establishing an accounting information system to improve the management performance of the professional construction industry, and will be helpful in designing an accounting information system considering the specificity of the professional construction industry.
