Fuzzy-IPA 기법을 활용한 군산항 니즈분석에 관한 연구

군산항은 대중국무역 전진항을 목표로 하고 있으나 인천, 평택·당진항, 목포항과 경쟁 속에서 물동량의 지속적인 감소 현상을 겪고 있다. 또한, 군산항은 수입 물품을 주로 취급하는 무역항으로써 군산항을 이용하는 수요자 확보가 절실한 상황이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 군산항을 이용하는 수요자인 선사 및 화주기업의 니즈 파악을 통해 군산항의 경쟁력을 증진하는 것을 목적으로 Fuzzy-IPA 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 서비스 공급자인 항만 하역업체를 대상으로도 분석을 진행하여 니즈를 파악하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 충분한 장치장 면적 및 최대수심 및 안벽길이 요인에 대해 조사 집단 모두 최우선 투자의 니즈를 보였으며 이에 대한 집중적인 투자가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. Although Gunsan Port aims to become a forward port for trade with China, it is experiencing continuous decreases in its cargo volume, as it is being pushed back by Incheon, Pyeongtaek, Dangjin, and Mokpo ports. In addition, since Gunsan Port is a trading port that mainly handles imported goods, it is urgent to secure consumers who use Gunsan Port. In this respect, this study conducted Fuzzy-IPA analysis with the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of Gunsan Port by identifying the needs of consumers who use Gunsan Port such as shipping companies and shippers. In addition, the analysis was also conducted with the port loading and unloading companies, which are service providers to identify their needs. According to the results of the analysis, all survey groups showed the needs for top-priority investment in the factors; sufficient yard area, maximum water depth, and quay wall length, indicating that intensive investments in them are required.
