최근 국내 건설업계는 건설경기 침체, 해외건설 수주부진, 치 열한 경쟁 등 어려운 상황에 직면한 실정인데 이에 본 연구에서는 효과적인 리스크관리 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 효과적인 리스크관리와 성공적인 사업관리를 수행하기 위하여 국내 상위 건설회사를 모집단으로 한 설문조사를 실시하여 건설관리에 의한 리스크인자와 리스크관리에 의한 리스크인자를 검정하여 리스크인자를 분석하고 미리 예측하여 원인을 분석하여 대응$\cdot$제어하면 리스크인자를 경감하게 되어 공사비, 공기, 품질을 향상시켜 양질의 건설공사를 수행 할 수 있게 하는 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. The purpose of this study was to Identification the Risk of construction method to protect and reduce of construction period. Risk management is one of the key project management process. Numerous tools are available to support the various phases of the risk management process. We present the results of a study designed to identify the tools that are most widely used and those that are associated with successful project management in general, and with effective project risk management in particular. The study is based on a questionnaire administered to a sample of project managers from construction enterprises. The response data was analyzed in order to find which tools are more likely to be used in the those organizations that report better project management performance and in those that value the contribution of risk management processes.

Recently construction enterprises involves more occurred with increase of size and complxity of construction works. Risk management is one of the key project management process. Numerous tools are available to support the various phases of the risk management process. We present the results of a study designed to identify the tools that are most widely used and those that are associated with successful project management in general, and in effective project risk management in particular. The study is based on a questionnaire administered to a sample of project managers from construction enterprises. The response data was analyzed in order to find which tools are mon likely to be used in the those organizations that report better project management performance and in those that value the contribution of risk management processes.

모든 산업이 그러하듯 건설산업 역시 여러 종류의 리스크를 수반하게 마련이다. 더욱이 최근 건설 프로젝트가 대형화되면서 리스크의 발생 가능성이 증가하는 실정으로 효율적인 리스크관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 국내 건설회사의 리스크관리 실태를 분석하기 위해 설문조사와 인터뷰를 실시한 후 두 표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 정형적인 리스크관리는 잘 되는 실정이나 리스크인자를 미리 예측하고 이를 경감 할 수 있는 Prototype$\cdot$Simulation 등은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 대한 대응책으로 사례기반추론기법을 적용하여 공사관리자$\cdot$안전담당자가 건설현장에서 실시간으로 리스크인자를 효과적으로 경감시킬 수 있도록 지원하는 건설관리 추론 시스템을 구축하였다 건설관리 추론 시스템은 사례 기반 관리$\cdot$사례 타입 관리$\cdot$사례 베이스 관리$\cdot$사례 질의문 관리 등으로 구축하여 효과적으로 구현 할 수 있도록 하였다. This paper describes the second stage of the work aiming at proposing a reasonable risk management response system for construction safety. By means of questionnaires/interviews and two sample t-tests, significant risk factors are identified for three different conditions. Then a Case-Based Reasoning System is built for use at construction sites to simulate possible accidents. This Construction Management Reasoning System(CMRS) nay be used by safety managers at sites every day (or education and training of workers to prevent accidents. The case base built so far is limited to the construction of expressway bridges. There is much need for further research since the simulation of possible accidents is to be a good means to enhance safety awareness of construction workers.
