Genetic Algorithms(GA) together with simulated annealing are often called methods of last resorts since they can be applicable to any kind of problems, particularly those to which no sophisticated procedures are applicable or feasible. The design of structures is primarily the process of selecting a section for each member from those available in the market, resulting in the problem of combinatorial nature. Therefore it is usual for the design space to include astronomical number of designs making the search in the space often impossible. In this work, Genetic Algorithms and some related technique are introduced and applied to the design of steel frameworks. In problems with a small number of design variables, GA found true global optima. GA also found true optima for the continuous variable test problems and proved their applicability to structural optimization. For those problems of real size, however, it appears to be difficult to expect GA to find optimum or even near optimum designs. The use of G bit improvement added to ordinary GA has shown much better results and draws attention for further research.

번호이동성 서비스란 전화서비스 가입자가 전화망 사업자, 지역, 서비스의 종류를 변경하여도 종전에 사용하던 전화번호를 변경하지 않고 그대로 사용할 수 있는 서비스를 의미하며, 이러한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 기존의 전화망에 새로운 기능을 추가하여야 하며 이를 위해서는 국내의 모든 사업자가 기준으로 삼을 수 있는 번호이동성을 위한 표준의 개발이 필요하게 되었다. 국내의 번호이동성은 시내전화 번호이동성부터 시작하여 2G간 이동전화 번호이동성, 3G간 이동전화 번호이동성, 2G-3G간 이동전화 번호이동성 및 2008년부터는 인터넷전화와 유선전화간 번호이동성, 인터넷전화간 번호이동성이 제공될 예정이므로 이와 관련된 기술이 적당한 시기에 개발되었거나 개발되고 있다. 이와 같은 기술에는 ACQ, QoR, OR 등이 있다. 본 고에서는 이와 같은 번호 이동성의 구현 동향, 국외의 번호이동성 현황 및 기술의 동향에 대하여 다룬다.

지능정보화시대에 살아갈 우리 학생들에게 필요한 컴퓨팅 사고력을 기반으로 한 핵심역량을 길러내기 위해 필요한 SW 교육의 문제점과 개선 방안을 교육 과정, 교육 방법, 교육 인력으로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 첫째, 초 등학교 3학년부터 중학교와 연계한 정보과 교육과정을 개발하고, 운영지침을 개정하여 수업 시수를 확보해야 한 다. 둘째, 플립드러닝, 게임 활용 교육, 언플러그드 활동, PUMA 교수법 등 다양한 SW 교육 방법을 도입해야 한다. 셋째, 18만명의 초등교원을 연수할 수 있는 교원직무연수체계를 마련하고, 교육대학교에 SW 교육을 필수 과목으로 개설하고, 초등교원 임용 시험에 초등 컴퓨터 과목을 출제하여 예비교원의 SW교육 역량을 강화해야한다. We showed the problems and improvement plan of the software education as education curriculum, teaching and learning method, and teacher training in order to develop core competencies based on computational thinking for our students who will live in the intelligent information age. First, it is necessary to develop information curriculum connected with middle school curriculum for the third grade of elementary school, and revise the operation guidelines to secure class hours for software education. Second, we should introduce various SW education methods such as flip learning, game based learning, unplugged computing, and PUMA teaching method. Third, we suggested teacher training system that can train 180,000 elementary teachers, a required course at the university of education, and computer education subject for elementary school teachers' recruitment test.
