This study wanted to analyze the impact of the soccer leader's trust in youth soccer players on communication and performance. Through these analyses, we try to understand the factors that have a positive impact on the trust of the leader, the communication and performance of the competitors and their leaders. Through this, we want to provide basic data for the correct direction of the soccer map. This study conducted a survey of 300 youth players registered as soccer players using the convenience sampling method. 282 structured questionnaires were finally processed for data collection. The results of frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis are as follows. First, an analysis of the impact of leadership trust recognized by youth soccer players on the communication between the leader and the player shows that consistency and openness, the sub-factors of leadership trust, affect open communication. Problematic communication has been shown to affect loyalty and consistency, a sub-factor of leader trust. Second, an analysis of the impact of leadership trust recognized by youth soccer players on performance shows that openness and ability, the sub-factors of leadership trust, affect the underlying intelligence of performance. It has been shown that the ability, loyalty, and sincerity of the sub-factors of leadership trust affect emotions. Motives were found to be influenced by openness, integrity, ability, and consistency, consistency, integrity, and ability. Therefore, trust, communication and performance between the leader and the player can be seen to affect each other, and raising the level of trust between the leader and the player and making smooth communication can ultimately contribute to the improvement of the performance.
