조선족 이주노동자가 노동 경험에서 인식한 인권에 대한 질적 사례연구

본 연구는 조선족 이주노동자들이 타국에서 체류하는 외국인임과 동시에 고용 관계에서 노동자로서의 이중적 취약성에 따른 복합적 어려움을 겪으면서 구체적인 삶에서 구성한 인권의 의미와 경험을 그들의 목소리를 통해 살펴보고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 삶의 현장에서의 경험과 소통을 통해 구성된 의미들을 새로운 통찰과 해석으로 보여줄 수 있는 질적사례연구를 활용하였다. 연구참여자들은 동일하게 조선족 이주노동자였지만 자신들만의 독특한 삶의 경험을 통해 서로 다른 인권의 의미를 구성하고 있었다. 이를 통해 조선족 이주노동자들의 보편적 인권 보장 뿐 아니라 특수한 각 개인의 삶의 실제적인 인권 개선 및 향상을 위한 실용적인 지향점을 제시하였다 The purpose of this research is to examine through their own voices the human rights and meanings formed in the concrete life of the Korean Chinese immigrant workers while they undergo the complex difficulties of dual vulnerabilities as foreigners staying in the foreign country and as laborers in the employment relationships. To achieve this purpose, the qualitative case study was utilized, which can show with a new insight and interpretation the meanings formed through the experiences and communication in the actual field of life. The research participants were the same Korean Chinese immigrant workers but they were forming the meanings of the human rights that were different from one another through their own unique experiences of life. Through this, this researcher presented the implications of social welfare practice not only for the guarantee of the universal human rights of the Korean Chinese immigrant workers but also for the improvement and enhancement of the practical human rights of the specific life of each individual.

청소년의 SNS 중독이 사이버불링에 미치는 영향: 또래애착관계의 조절효과검증

본 연구는 청소년의 SNS 중독이 사이버불링 가해 행동에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 또래애착관계(또래의사소통, 또래신뢰, 또래소외)의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 중·고등학생 811명으로, 남학생 391명, 여학생 420명이었다. 분석결과 SNS 중독 수준이 높은 청소년일수록 사이버불링 가해 수준도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 청소년의 SNS 중독과 사이버불링 가해행동의 관계에서 또래애착관계의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 또래의사소통과 또래신뢰 수준이 청소년의 SNS 중독과 사이버불링 가해 행동 사이의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타내는 것으로 검증되었다. 또래의사소통과 또래신뢰 수준이 높을수록 SNS 중독 수준이 높은 청소년의 사이버불링 가해 행동 수준이 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 청소년을 대상으로 SNS중독 문제를 해결하기 위한 적극적은 사전 진단 프로그램의 대중화, 또래집단 간의 올바른 의사소통 방식에 대한 지속적인 교육 진행, SNS에 중독된 청소년들의 또래집단 관계에서의 정서적·인지적 상황에 대한 사정 과정을 거쳐 폭력 가해 가능성을 감소시킬 수 있는 상담 등의 청소년의 SNS중독과 사이버불링에 대한 실천적 개입 방안과 연구의 한계를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of SNS addiction on cyber-bullying among adolescents, considering the adjustment effect of friendship on this relationship. This study involved 811 middle/high school students with a gender distribution of 391 males and 420 females. According to the analysis, the higher the level of SNS addiction, the higher the level of cyber-bullying. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to verify the moderating effect of friendship. The result shows that better peer communication and reliance lowers the impact of cyber-bullying from SNS addiction. Based on research results suggesting the popularization of proactive pre-diagnosis programs to solve SNS addiction, practical intervention plans and the limitations of research on SNS addiction and cyber-bullying in youth are suggested.

여성노인의 폭력피해 생애사 재구성 : 로젠탈의 내러티브 생애 연구 접근

본 연구는 생애 전체에 걸쳐 학대와 폭력을 경험한 한 여성노인의 삶을 한국사회의 정치·역사·문화적 맥락과 연결하여 살펴보고 노인학대에 대한 개선방안을 논의하고자 하는 목적에서 수행되었다. 연구방법은 로젠탈(Rosenthal)의 내러티브 분석방법을 양영자(2013)가 정리한 방법에 따라서 분석하여 수행 하였다. 이야기된 생애사와 체험된 생애사를 분리하여 구성하였으며, 텍스트 분석과 연속적 주제적 영역분석 단계를 통하여 현재의 관점에서 서술된 과거의 생애사적 이야기의 발생기원과 그 과정을 분석했다. 연구 결과를 통해 한 여성 노인 개인이 생애 전 과정에서 경험한 다양한 차원의 학대와 착취가 개인 차원에서뿐만 아니라 체제를 유지하기 위한 국가 공권력의 남용과 침묵 방치 등의 사회적 차원으로 확대되어 논의되어야 한다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이에 노인과 여성 등의 사회적 약자에 대해 개인적·지 역사회적·국가적 차원에서 자행(恣行)된 폭력과 관련 된 사회복지의 실천적 함의를 제시했다. This study was carried out to look at the life of an elderly woman who experienced lifetime abuse and violence through politic, history, and cultural contexts of Korea society, and to discuss the improvement plans of elder abuse. Research method was performed by Rosenthal’s narrative analysis which was suggested by Yang Young Ja(2013). A life as told and a life as experienced were separately constructed, and origin and process of past lifetime history, but described in the present point of view, were analyzed through text analysis and thematic areas analysis. As revealed by the study results, various types of abuse and exploitation which an elderly woman had experienced through all her lifetime have to be discussed not only in the individual level but also in the societal dimension, such as misuse and neglect of government authority to maintain systems. The implications of social welfare practice were suggested in relation to violence used against the disadvantaged such as the elderly and women in the levels of individual, community, social, and national.
