The production plan of Precast Concrete members is closely related to the assembly plan of Precast Concrete members, and is an important management factor for the process planning of Precast Concrete construction. This may cause a delay in the construction period due to manufacturing errors occurring in the production process of members and transportation errors according to the production sequence. Therefore, it is necessary to have an efficient production plan for Precast Concrete members that can produce the necessary quantity from the point of assembly of the members and supply them in a timely manner. This study is a basic study for establishing a production plan for Precast Concrete members, and the purpose of the study is to examine the factors that affect the establishment of a production plan for Precast Concrete members. In this study, the influencing factors according to the production method and conditions when establishing a production plan for Precast Concrete members were considered. In the future, correlation analysis among influencing factors will be carried out, and it is expected that it will be used as basic data for schedule management of Precast Concrete construction and derivation of construction period calculation standards.

In modular construction, safety management is required to prevent the occurrence of risk factors such as lifting work and high place work due to the characteristics of the construction method. Therefore, this study is a basic study for safety management of modular construction, and the purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the classification system of modular construction derived by analyzing the construction process of the existing case. Based on the results of this study, the safety management classification system will be used in future research to derive safety management factors in modular construction.

In modular construction, it is insufficient for safety management of workers, and workers are still exposed to the risk of accidents due to work at high places for lifting and assembly work in modular construction sites. Therefore, it is necessary when preventive safety management through risk management of workers on modular construction sites. ?This study is a basic study for the risk assessment(checklist) of modular construction, and the purpose of this study is to analyze the risk factors of the module lifting work at the modular construction site. It is intended to identify the hazard risk factors and improvement measures of the existing lifting operation, by analyzing the case of the risk assessment of the existing RC method, and to identify the risk factors for each work process when lifting the module. In the future, the results of this study are expected to be utilized in the development of checklists for risk assessment as safety management plan for modular construction sites.

In this study, in order to understand the needs for infrastructure services experienced by the public, we compared the level of infrastructure service satisfaction and analyzed the characteristics of infrastructure services by region. In this study, as a result of comparing the level of infrastructure satisfaction between regions, transportation and living infrastructure services were generally low. However, the characteristics of infrastructure services within the region are clearly different from the results of the infrastructure satisfaction between regions. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the level of infrastructure satisfaction within the overlooked region, and the satisfaction, improvement importance, respondent characteristics, and quantitative indicators need to be considered.
국내 모듈러 주택 사례분석을 통한 설계품질 향상방안 연구

This research aims to identify the design characteristics of modular housing and suggests strategies to improve the design quality at the design phase of the modular housing. For this, we derived 12 different design factors which have impacts on the design quality through interviewing field experts and defined 6 types of analysis criteria. In addition, we arranged relation matrix between the design factors and the analysis criteria. Futhermore, we analyzed the domestic modular housing cases in terms of the matrix. Thus, we set up 24 quality improvement strategies of design in consequence of analyzing modular housing cases.

In this study, focusing on work types of lifting modules and modules assembly in modular construction sites, unit works were defined according to the construction process of each work type, and safety management elements, safety management activities, and key check point were proposed. The results of this study may have somewhat overlapping contents in the construction procedure in order to derive specific safety management activities and check point for each unit work. Therefore, there is a limit to use the results in an actual modular construction site. In future research, we plan to improve this part and derive a checklist that considers field usability.

The use of road cutters in the maintenance of obsolete underground facilities maintains polluting dust, cutting sludge, etc, polluting the air environment, soil, and water, causing civil complaints caused by noise, and consequently interrupting work. Therefore, it is time for eco-friendly pavement cutting technology for fugitive dust and cutting sludge emission management and noise management. This study was based on research by the development of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology in urban areas. In this study, the current state of existing road cutters is investigated and the patented technology analysis of road cutters is conducted to derive the design elements of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology.

The PC system has advantages in terms of project management, such as shortening the construction period and reducing costs. However, it is difficult to activate the technology due to insufficient application of the technology. Therefore, there is a need for a strategy to expand and activate the PC system. This study is a basic research for PC construction project management, and its purpose is to derive the entire construction process from factory production of PC components to on-site construction. In this study, the construction process of the PC system was derived through literature review, and the main matters for the construction process management of PC system were confirmed in the analysis process. In the future, the results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for research for PC project management, such as deriving construction classification and calculating construction periods.
