A case of supine hypotension syndrome associated with large pseudomucinous cystadenoma of right ovary is presented and literatures pertaining to postural hypotension reviewed. There have been several reports in recent years relating to the occurrence, incidence and potential dangers of postural hypotension in the pregnant woman appreaching term. The presence, however, of both phenomena-large ovarian cyst and supine hypotension with 5 th month gestation is not known to have been previously reported. Supine hypotension syndrome was disappeared immediately after removing the large ovarian cyst and postoperative course was uneventful.

This endometrial atypism has been considered to be valuable in establishing early diagnosis of ectopic gestations. The present study is concerned with critical evaluation of the significance and accuracy of this test in detecting early ectopic pregnancy. The following results and conclusion were obtained: 1) Thirty seven cases(68.5%) showed the endometrium to be in the secretary phase, of which 19 cases revealed decidul reaction. Twenty four cases showed Arias-stella reaction. 2) Seventeen cases(31.5%) showed the endometrium to be in proliferative phase, of which only 1 case revealed decidual reaction. Four cases demonstrated Arias-stella reaction. 3) In 32 cases(59.2%), there could be seen either decidual or atypical reaction, and it is felt that histoligical study may significantly contribute to early recgnition of ectopic pregnacy. 4) No relation ship could be observed between the endometrium changes and vaginal bleeding. 5)presence of active villi seemed to be not related to the endometrial changes. 6)Incidentally, there were 6 cases with adenomyosis.
