상담자 교육을 위한 유식학적 집단상담 교육프로그램의 개발과 효과

본 연구는 상담자 교육을 위한 유식학적 집단상담 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 상담자 30명을 선발하여 15명은 실험집단, 15명은 통제 집단으로 나누어 총 10회기 유식학적 집단상담 교육프로그램을 실시하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단의 참가자들은 프로그램 실시 전과 후에 집착, 공상자각에 관한 검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유식학적 집단상담 교육프로그램이 상담자들의 ‘집착’을 감소시키는 데 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 하위요소 중 ‘현재성 결여’는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유식학적 집단상담 교육프로그램이 상담자의 ‘공상의 자각’을 향상시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유식학을 이용한 집단상담 교육프로그램을 개발하여 상담자들을 교육하고 그 효과를 검증해 보았다는 점에서 의의를 둘 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop Group Counseling program based on Buddhism Eusic-hag for counselor education and examine its effects upon the counselor's adhesion, self-consciousness. For the study, 30 subjects were sampled from counselor who wanted to learn more about counseling and then divided them into two groups, one group as an experimental group and the other as a control group. As in ordinary researches, there were pre- and post test of experimental and control group, and the sub-tests were composed of adhesion, self-consciousness, In order to analyze how much the purpose of study was achieved, and how effective the program was, an ANCOVA was carried out for the two groups by comparing the pre-test with the post test and then the pre-test with the follow-up. First, the program was not effective in decreasing the counselor's adhesion. But, it was effective in 'now and here lack', one of subcomponents. Seconds, the program was effective in improving the awareness of imagination. So the program, to aware of counselor's imagination, was effective in improving their imagination. As a result of the study, it is concluded that a program dealt with the mind and one's will is especially effective in dealing with things that are decided and easily influenced by the mind and will, even more than any other studies. Thus, the program was found effective for improving the significance of life.
