In this paper, Manufacturing machines as Micro Milling and Press, Robot Arm to transport a parts and Assembly Machine models are made by 3D CAD systems. Based on these models, construct Digital Factory and carry out the simulations that manufacturing system of Micro Pump as parts of Micro Unit. That can make the realizations of new paradigm of which hot issue called Digitization in manufacturing fields. Making realizations the digital model of Micro Factory, inspect and evaluate the effectiveness of processes about their manufacturing and assembly.

Microfactory, a miniature manufacturing system is considered as a means of achieving higher throughput with minimal amount of space and minimal utilization of both energy and resources by downsizing of production processes. Even though the micro factory was able to perform the whole manufacturing process like macro factory, the possibilityof the micro factory to improve its manufacturing efficiency for manufacturing of micro parts has not been considered enough. In this paper, an efficiency index is proposed to calculate the efficiency of the micro assembly process in digital environment. An assembly process is one of the manufacturing process in which interchangeable parts are added to a product in a sequential manner to create a finished product. The 3D CAD model of the micro lens module assembly is taken as an example, and the assembly processes required to assemble the lens module assembly has been discussed here. The product, processes and resources of the micro factory has been modeled using the 3D CAD system.
