모바일 전자 ID 지갑에 적합한 신뢰 관리 및 개인 정보보호 방안

각종 전자인증 및 개인정보를 언제 어디서나 저장?이용 가능한 모바일 전자 ID지갑이 2008년 ETRI에서 개발되었다. 전자 ID지갑을 사용함에 있어 효과적인 사용자 개인정보 프라이버시 제어 방법과 인증정보, 개인정보, 크레덴셜 관리는 개인 정보보호 측면에서 매우 중요한 문제이며, 전자 ID지갑을 사용하기 위한 환경에서 사람과의 온/오프라인에서의 신뢰, 웹사이트의 피싱확인 및 회원가입, 무인 단말기와의 신뢰를 통한 개인정보의 제공 등 다양한 환경에서의 적용 가능한 신뢰관리 및 개인정보를 보호해줄 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 전자 ID지갑에 적합한 신뢰 관리 및 개인 정보보호를 위한 삼중 신뢰 평가 방법을 제안한다. 다양하고 복잡한 모바일 ID지갑 사용환경에서 단순히 PKI 인증서 또는, 명성(Reputation)만으로는 개인정보의 관리 및 보호를 할 수 없다. 이러한 복합적인 상황에서 개인정보의 관리 및 보호를 위해서 PKI와 Reputation(명성) 그리고 정보 제공을 위한 상태(조건, Conditon)를 모두 고려해야 하며, 이 3가지(PKI, Reputation, Condition)를 판단하여 모바일 ID지갑환경에서 개인의 정보를 관리하고 보호할 수 있는 Triangular Trust Rating(삼중 신뢰 평가) 방법을 고안하였다. 우리는 프로토타입을 구현하고, 모바일 전자 ID지갑에 적용되는 다양한 시나리오에서 삼중 신뢰 평가 방법을 적용시켜 보았다. 그 결과, 제안 방법이 다양한 환경, 다양한 시나리오에서 적용될 수 있음을 보였다. In 2008, ETRI developed a new mobile digital ID wallet, in which anyone can store personal information and PKI credential. When the wallet is used, privacy protection is one of the most important problems and personal information should be protected under various usage scenarios such as exchanging sensitive information in on/off-line environments, joining as a new member in the web site, etc. In this paper, we propose a triangular trust management scheme that can effectively manage trustness and also protect sensitive personal information. This scheme relies on three techniques: PKI, reputation and condition (situation context). We implemented prototype of our scheme, and tested it under various scenarios, which showed that the proposed scheme can effectively be used for diverse cases.

현재 한반도를 둘러싼 안보환경은 매우 엄중하다. 북한은 한반도 적화통일을 고수하면서 대남 군사도발을 끊임없이 자행하는 등 한반도 평화와 대한민국의 안보에 심각한 위협을 가하고 있다. 또한 북한의 김정은의 권력 승계 이후 유일지배체제를 공고히 함은 물론 체제 안정에 주력하고 있으며 남북관계의 주도권을 확보하고 국제사회의 제재와 고립으로부터 탈피하기 위해 화전양면전술을 지속적으로 구사하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 우리는 올바른 안보관과 대적관을 확립해야 한다. 특히 야전에서 장병들에게 정신교육 지도능력을 구비해야 할 영관급 장교에 대한 대적관 교육은 반드시 필요하다. 이를 위해 장차 국가 안보의 핵심적인 주역이 될 영관장교를 대상으로 대적관, 즉 북한 정권과 북한군에 대한 인식을 어떻게 심어줄 것인가? 나아가 영관장교들로 하여금 대적관을 어떻게 고취시켜 나아갈 것인가? 하는 것은 군의 존재 이유와 목적을 보장하는 문제와 직결된다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 영관장교의 대적관 교육을 위한 방안을 연구하고 내실있는 시행을 보장하는 것이야말로 중요한 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 현재 교육기관에서 교육중인 영관장교 대적관 확립을 위한 정신교육 시간은 매우 부족하며, 대적관을 강화할 수 있는 새로운 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 영관장교의 보수교육을 담당하는 합동군사대학교의 대적관 교육을 위한 정신교육 실태와 문제점을 분석하고, 소령급 영관장교의 대적관 확립을 위해 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 적전술 교육과 연계된 교육모델을 제안하였다. The security environment surrounding the Korean Peninsula is very strict right now. North Korea is waging a serious threat to the peace and security of the Korean Peninsula with its continuous military provocations to South Korea and persistence idea of communist unification of the Korean Peninsula. Furthermore, the North has continued to strengthen Kim Jong Un regime and its sustainablility, and has managed to pull off its own self-reliant tactic to break away from the international community`s sanctions and isolation. Under these circumstances, we must establish a proper view of security and our enemy. In particular, such education training is essential for officers who need to equip soldiers of such mentality on field. Therefore, education on the KJU regime and its military and the ways to engrave it on officers` minds are of critical importance that determines the existing purpose and security of the South Korean military. Currently, mental education sessions are extremely short in educational institutions, and more research needs to be conducted to develop new ways to strengthen the mentality. Therefore, this study provides an analysis on the educational training and its problems at the Joint Forces Military University, which is in charge of conducting education of officers. Also, it suggests an educational model linked to the vocational training in which can be effectively applied to O-4 rank officers` development of perception of foes.
