The solar power system comprises a solar battery that directly converts light energy to electrical energy with a photovoltaic effect and a power converter system, that is, inverter that converts direct current power, which is generated from solar battery to common alternating current. In this paper, database was constituted through remote monitoring supervision measurement for the long-time positive operation of 3㎾ solar power system installed within the solar energy positive research complex of Chosun University. As a result of analyzing the reduction of the efficiency of solar battery and inverter that are compositional components of PV system through an analysis on the acquired data, the PV output was proven over 65% of the total output when insolation intensity exceeded 600W/m2 in 2005, and the array conversion efficiency dropped much more than rating; meanwhile, insolation intensity dropped below 600W/m2. Therefore, it has been demonstrated that approximately 35% of the entire amount of PV output operated under the condition that the inverter efficiency rate dropped rapidly by 60 to 70%.

본 논문에서는 단일 스위치 방식의 포워드컨버터에서 스위칭소자에 직류버스전압의 합, 트랜스포머전압의 반영, 그리고 턴오프 누설 인덕턴스의 스파이크와 같은 스트레스가 가해지므로 이중 스위치 방식의 포워드 컨버터를 설계 및 제작하여 출력특성을 고찰하였다. 제어용 IC는 PFC와 PWM 제어가 하나의 칩에서 이루어 지는 TI사의 UCC28510을 이용하여 21V 및 13.5V의 다중출력 포워드 컨버터 SMPS를 설계 구성하였다.

Now a days has problem of energy resource shortage and environmental pollution. We are looking up various solution plans regarding this problem. Solar power is one of the solution to solve the energy shortage problem. But solar power is affected by the weather. So variation weather we can use Maximum Power Point Tracing device for solar PV system. In this paper, the new MPPT method using MATLAB - Simulink analysis of output characteristics. Using Newton Method in this paper, set up ever search step of the tracking process. Like this way analyze MPPT method.

Maximum power point tracking for PV systems traditionally uses either perturbation and observation method or incremental conductance method. Both methods require modulation of the output voltage and this leads to significant power loss. In this paper, a method, which senses output circuit voltage and short circuit current and use the above two parameters for optimum control with a fuzzy controller, is introduced. The short circuit current of PV cell represents illumination, and the output circuit voltage carry on information about the temperature. PCS(power conditoning system) is controlled not only feed to inverter for stability voltage variation despite of varierty external environment, but also operate in order to feeding voltage and current at maximum power point by boost type chopper.

Total six units of 3kW photovoltaic system and data acquisition system (DAS) are constructed for analyzing performance of PV system at field demonstration test center of Gwang-Ju in Korea. As climatic and irradiation conditions are varied. Operation characteristics of the PV system are collected and analyzed in data-acquisition system. Furthermore, not only performance test of each PV system component such as PV module and power conditioning system but also performance of total PV system e.g. system efficiency power and loss factor at the site are reviewed.

Propose in this research and small size camera phone self-focusing adjustment actuator that do city manufacture is similar with general storehouse pickup actuator drive way, but selected in cylindrical to reduce space that lens holder occupies because there is restriction loading of lens and space enemy. Target number of research established that execute drive displacement more than 600㎛ in 2.75V that is house voltage that is used in Mobile device that is general. Also, described about maximum transfer displacement characteristic, displacement response characteristic, hysteresis, response characteristic, smallest transfer step characteristic, actuator's drive characteristic that is manufactured to examination item of maximum consumption electric power by special quality estimation system that apply laser displacement sensor that produce itself to evaluate city manufactured actuator's special quality.

This paper deals with a characteristic of output for high frequency resonant inverter type x-ray generator in short exposure time. In the same tube-voltage, the waveform is stable in long exposure time (200msec) but more decreasing exposure time (50msec), the waveform is distorted. The ripple factor of tube-voltage waveform distorted more and more increase tube-voltage and in this case output is also unstable. High-frequency resonant inverter type X -ray generator using PSU source which introduced in resent is stable tube-voltage waveform and low ripple factor.<br/> <br/>
