유도형 전자지팡이는 장애인을 위한 보행도우미(Protection equipments for the sight disabled)로서 장애인에 대한 사회적 배려가 증가하고 장애인 편의시설의 문제가 대두됨에 따라 시각장애인이 필수적으로 사용하는 흰지팡이에 초음파센서를 부착하여 사용자가 보다 더 나은 보행환경을 구현하기 위한 보행도구로서 상용화 필요성이 절실한 제품이다. 이러한 사회적인 요구와 시기에 맞추어 첨단 초음파센서기술을 이용하여 센서가 장애물을 감지하고 사용자가 장애물에 부딪히기 전에 미리 진동과 부저소리로 정보신호를 알리는 기능등의 기술을 구현하고 국내외의 개발제품들이 무겁고 부피가 커 휴대에 불편하며 지나치게 고가인 점을 고려하여 보행에 필요한 기능이외의 불필요한 기능을 없앰으로서 부피를 최소화하여 휴대성을 높이고 견고성은 유지하되 초 경량화를 실현함으로서 생산성과 생산단가를 현실화 하여 시각장애인 및 노약자의 보행활동에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 제품을 개발하게 되었다. The inductive electronic stick is conceived for the sight disabled as the social concern is increasing and public facilities for the handicapped. White cane which is indispensable for the blind person could be much improved so that adding new trend technology like micro wave sensor which provides the potential convenience of pedestrian conditions. Sensor informs the obstacles before run over with the skills as vibration and sound still the products are heavy and great bulk that cause inconvenience to carry even very costly article. The item is conceived through the thoughtful consideration to offer an article with minimalized volume light weight for handy effect also rejust the productivity and production cost in order to offer the realistic help for the disabled and older persons.

최근 들어 세계적으로 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있는 서비스디자인은 디자인이 제품의 부가가치를 높이는 전통적인 디자인의 역할에서 환경과 미래 그리고 사회혁신과 변화를 이끌어내는 확장된 역할로의 변화를 보여주고 있다. 지금까지의 디자인 패러다임의 변화가 디자인의 조형적 요소 중에 우선적으로 고려해야할 요소를 강조하는 방법론이었다면 서비스디자인은 고객의 입장에서 사회학적 경제학적 생태학적인 분야와 같이 다양하고도 포괄적인 논의를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 디자인 패러다임이 조형적인 가치 중심에서 분석과 기획의 가치 중심으로 변화하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 아직까지 서비스디자인은 기업과 고객 사이의 서비스에 대한 아이디어 도출과 커뮤니케이션의 오류를 줄이는 개발에 집중하고 있다. 전통적인 디자인의 역할에서는 상대적으로 가중치가 낮았던 친환경성에 대한 평가가 오늘날 조형성의 가치보다 우선시되고 있고 기업과 고객 사이의 서비스에 대한 효율성에도 불구하고 서비스디자인도 지속가능한 개발과 발전을 위해서는 인류가 당면한 환경적 위기에 대한 친환경적인 접근이 필요하며 그러한 결과에 대한 친환경성에 대한 평가항목의 정립이 필요할 것이다. Service design an area currently under world-wide investigation shows the change in the role of design from its traditional function in merely enhancing the added value of a product to an expanded role of bringing about remodeling of the ecosystem the future social innovation and change. Until now the shift in the paradigm of design has mainly been about methodological discussions on what aesthetic element in a design should be emphasized; however service design demands comprehensive and inclusive discussion on sociological economical and ecological aspects of design from the consumer's point of view. This kind of shift in focus indicates that design paradigm is moving from aesthetic-centric value system to analysis-planning-centric value system. Unfortunately the area of service design is still confined to devising ideas for different kinds of services between companies and consumers or reducing the possibility of mis communication between the two parties. Nowadays evaluation of eco-friendliness of a design is receiving more focus than evaluation of its aesthetic values—service design needs to have sustainable growth while retaining its efficiency in service between companies and consumers and in order to achieve this goal a precise scheme for the evaluation of eco-friendliness should be established if we are to properly monitor the progress of service design and make sure that we are addressing the current problems of ecosystem at hand. progress of service design and make sure that we are addressing the current problems of ecosystem at hand.
