The aim of this paper is to develop the technology of minute gas flow-rate, which is very important in the fields of semiconductor process and NT(Nano Technology). To reach the aim mentioned above we developed the following measurement method. Firstly, we manufactured several some nozzles of the same throat diameters with the same configuration, and calibrated them by means of the standard measurement system. Then we selected a group of sonic nozzles with the similar characteristics. Lastly, we instituted some nozzles from one nozzle in the upstream and other some nozzles from two nozzles in the downstream. In this way we could all the flow-rates(discharge coefficient) for the some nozzles of the same nominal throat diameter.

Samples collected from the benthic sludges of the river shich involve the municipal, industrial and hot spring waste-water were diluted with BOD diluent and aerated, inoculated and cultured at 27℃. The colonies were cultured and inoculated into the fluidized bed and removal deeiciencies were studied. While the bacteria is on the Logarithmic growth phase, six hours were sufficient to treat the ABS to levels less than 0.5ppm which is a standard for drinking water. In order to increase the removal efficienty, pre-and post treatments were conducted using, the UV irradiation and 0₃treatment. It was confirmed that pre-and post treatments contribute to the increase in the removal efficiency during the biological treatment, and bacteria was found to be responsible for the biological process.
