현재 우리 사회는 초고령사회를 눈앞에 두고 있고, 건강수명 등 노년기 삶의 질이 더 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구는 이혈요법이 노년기 신체적 통증과 삶의 질에 미치는 효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 특히 노년기 신체적 통증으로 많이 호소하는 견비통, 요통 항목과 삶의 질에 중요하게 영향을 미치는 신체 피로도, 수면의 질 항목을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 연구대상자는 24명으로, 대부분 66세 이상(83.3%)이었고, 이혈요법을 실시 한 이후에 견비통, 요통이 유의하게 감소하였다. 또한 이혈요법을 통해 전반적 피로도가 유의하게 감소하였으며, 수면의 질 변화는 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 이혈요법이 인체 본연의 자연치유력에 의한 항상성 기능을 조절하여 몸의 통증 및 피로감 등을 해결하는데 효과적 영향을 끼쳤기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는, 노년기 성인의 건강 증진을 위해 정책적이고, 예방의학적 측면에서 이혈요법을 사용할 수 있는 근거 자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Currently, our society is on the verge of an ultra-aged society, and the quality of life in old age, such as health life, is becoming more important. This study aims to confirm the effect of Ear therapy on physical pain and quality of life in old age. In particular, the items of scapular pain, back pain, and physical fatigue that significantly affect the quality of life, which are often complained of physical pain in old age, were verified. The number of study subjects was 24, most of whom were 66 years of age or older (83.3%), and scapular pain and back pain significantly decreased after performing Ear therapy. In addition, it was found that overall fatigue was significantly reduced through Ear therapy, and the quality of sleep was no significant change. These results can be attributed to the effective effect of Ear therapy on solving body pain, fatigue by controlling homeostasis function due to the body's natural healing power. This study is meaningful in that it presented evidence for the use of Ear therapy in terms of policy and preventive medicine to improve the health of elderly adults.

Concept mapping was used to analyze the knowledge of kindergarten teachers about early childhood music instructional content. Data obtained from the 85 subjects was analyzed by Yun`s method(1998) based on Novak & Gowin(1984), Morine-Dershimer(1993), and Markhan, Mintzes & Jones(1994). The majority of the teachers perceived the superordinate concepts of early childhood music instructional content to be listening to music, singing, movement, and playing musical instruments. They perceived early childhood music instructional content to be activity rather then knowledge. Listening to music was high in frequency among superordinate concepts and musical attitudes were high among subordinate concepts. Teachers used 285 words in expressing their cognitive maps. There was no effect on cognitive maps by teaching career or level of education.
