The objectives of this paper were to review the difference between the analog and digital age, and to suggest new communication strategies for Agricultural Extension Service Centers in the digital age. Literature review and discussion on the information age and its supporting technologies, such as the Internet and other digital tools, has enabled communication to occur during time periods and in locations based upon individual needs. With increasing number of internet subscribers using email and the world wide web, the internet is now considered a new mass media for communication, and may soon consider such electronic connectivity as essential in agricultural extension services. Communication strategies in the future should recognize and adapt to the changing needs farmers and extension educators in the information age. Utilization of Internet technology and digital tools in communication may amact and retain farmers and extension educators in the future, thus. some of new strategies for communication in agricultural extension services should include the following; 1) traditional linear model should be change into interactive model in communication, 2) Agricultural extension service should include creative role with diffusion process. 3) Agricultural extension service should establish new receiver paradigm and form new partnership with farmer.
대학생청소년 스트레스와 생활만족에 있어 동물접촉의 조절효과

The study is to investigate moderating effect of animal contact on the effect of stress on university youth’s life satisfaction. The survey was conducted 357 university youths’ in Daegu and Kyoungbuk by convenience sampling. Major findings of the study were as follows; First, life satisfaction of university youths showed significantly different form sex and university grade. Second, animal contact showed not significantly different form sex, university grade and residence. Third, animal contact controled the effect of stress on university youth’s life satisfaction. In conclusion, the study suggests that university youth under stressed should help contact and caring with animal

4차산업혁명시대의 담론에는 메이커경험이 강조되고 있다. 이 연구는 청소년의 다양한 메이커경험이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구대상은 영남권에 소재한 청소년시설을 이용하는 청소년을 대상으로 하였으며, 편의표집에 의해 추출된 청소년 226명이었다. 조사도구는 선행연구를 토대로한 메이커경험과 생활만족도를 활용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS20.0을 이용하였으며 빈도분석, 평균분석 및 다중회귀분석이 적용되었다. 연구수행을 통한 주요결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 청소년의 학교급에 따른 메이커경험은 유의한 차이를 보였으나 성별에 따른 차이는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 학교영역, 가정영역 및 청소년시설영역의 메이커경험은 생활만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 주요 연구결과를 종합하면, 청소년의 생활만족을 위해 청소년의 학교생활, 가정생활 및 청소년시설에서의 메이커경험이 보다 촉진되고 지원될 필요가 있음을 제안하고자 한다. This study were used SPSS22.0 program for analyzing data with frequence, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression. Major findings were as follows; First school grade showed significantly difference on youth maker, sex was did not. Second, make experience including school experience, living experience and youth center experience influenced on youth life satisfaction. The study suggests that youth should have school maker experience, living maker experience and youth center maker experience for enhancing life satisfaction.
농촌지역 학생의 지역사회참여가 리더십기술에 미치는 영향

Youth leadership development is crucial domain of youth development. The study was to analyze the influences of youth community participation and organizational engagements on youth leadership development. Community participation of youth was categorized fours factors; service activity, school engagement, conversation participation and political activity. The survey was employed by rural students in Daegu and KoungBuk area. Major findings of the study were as followed; First rural students` community participation of eup-myoun area were higher than that of outside area. Second, rural students` participating community organization of eup-myoun area were higher than that of outside area. Third, youth leadership skill was positively influenced by students school engagement. The study showed that youth leadership is positively influenced by community participation of rural students. The study suggested that rural youth should encourage to participate community organization and community activities for developing youth leadership skill.
