In this paper, the Stand-alone underground water pumping system was developed that is consist of Submersible Pump (AC type), Photovoltaic Array and Power converter by the application of solar energy. And also wish to introduce system that is possible to supply of drinking water or water for agriculture using solar energy at desertification area or a Off-grid area, interior etc. and operation test results. This system can use in deep tube well of 200m range with common Submersible Pump and maximized to the quantity of pumping through M.P.P.T control. Also system availability raised through apply various driving mode.

When the electric tractions are stopped or driven through the falling slope way, it occured to surplus energy in the DC power line. At present, these energy are exhausted by breaking-system. The converter is not only capable of feeding energy back into the AC source during excessive regeneration. It is issued for this surplus energy regenerating system. These systems are faced with high votage and high power for railway DC power regeneration. This paper proposed a parallel PWM converter how to solve these problem.

This paper describes dynamic performance analysis of a STATCOM based on 3-1evel inverter. Major attention is focused on the controller design for 3-level inverter, including regulator design for voltage sharing across the dc link capacitors. A detailed simulation model was developed with Matlab and a scaled hardware model was built and tested to verify the proposed approach. Both simulation and experimental results confirm that developed controller can regulate the reactive power. The developed controller could be effectively applied for the actual hardware system of STATCOM
