In this paper the experiments of insulation characteristics by temperature change of SF? gas and liquid SF? in model GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) were described. From this results, the breakdown voltage was increased with a drop of temperature and an increase of the inner pressure in model GIS. The ability of insulation in liquid SF? was higher than that of the highly pressurized SF? gas. A liquid SF? discharge characteristics was caused by bubble formed evaporation of liquid SF? and bubble caused by high electric emission. It is considered that these result are fundamental data for electric insulation design of superconductor and cryogenic application machinery which will be studied and developed in the future.

The paper used to the Neral Netwok for a forecasting conservation system A neural network is a powerful data modeling tool that is able to capture and represent complex input/output relationships. The motivation for the development of neural network technology stemmed from the desire to develop an artificial system that could perform ""intelligent"" tasks similar to those performed by the human brain. The true power and advantage of neural network lies in their ability to represent both linear and non-linear relationships and in their ability to learn these relationships directly from the data being modeled. Form results of this study, the Neral Netwok is will play an important role for insulation diagnosis system of real site GIS and power equipment using SF6 gas.

In this paper the experiments of breakdown characteristics SF. liquid (LSF. ) in model GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) were described. From the experiments results, The ability of LSF. insulation is higher than high-pressurized SF. gas. The breakdown characteristics of LSF. were produced by bubble formed evaporation of LSF. and bubble caused by high electric emission. It is considered in this paper that the results are fundamental data for electric insulation design of superconductor and cryogenic equipments machinery which will be studied and developed in the future.

Corona was happened to weak bubble and was proceed to new bubble breakdown.

니켈/카드뮴 전지는 우수한 물리적, 전기화학적 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 개발이후 현재까지 상당히 많은 부분에 사용되고 있다. 현재 고온시 폭발 위험성이 적고 저온시 성능저하가 없어 군장비의 특성상 군용으로 많이 사용되고 있다. 이에 군용 발칸포에 사용할 수 있는 초 고율 니켈-카드뮴 축전지를 개발하였으며, 그 결과 IEC 60632 규격을 만족하는 국내산 초고율 니켈-카드뮴 축전지를 개발하여 각종 산업체 및 군부대에서 고가의 설비와 특수 설비 등을 효율적 관리와 기기 수명연장 많은 도움이 되리라 사려 된다.

현재 전력설비에 사용되고 있는 SF? 가스는 절연 및 소호성능이 우수하고 회복특성이 뛰어나기 때문에 각종 전력기기의 절연매체로서 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만 산업사회의 발달로 인하여 도시의 공간 활용의 효율성 측면에서 전력기기들의 소형화, 지중화 및 고 신뢰화가 시도되고 있으며, 또한 온실가스에 대한 규제로서 "도쿄 의정서"가 정식 발효됨에 따라 환경문제로 인하여 전력설비의 SF? 가스의 유출 최소화, 대체 절연물질 개발 등의 친환경 재료의 개발이 새롭게 대두되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 SF?를 액화시켜 기존의 SF? 가스와 액체 SF?(LSF?)의 절연파괴특성을 측정 / 분석하여 SF?의 대체물질로 LSF?의 가능성을 검토하고, 혹한 지역에서 운용되고 있는 SF? 이용 전력설비의 온도저하에 따른 문제점을 구명하였다.

If obstacle in GIS(Gas Insulted Switchgear), its affects are great are on the community and it is consequently demanded lots of difficulities to recover and repair. Accordingly, diagnosis techniques, that are able to prevent from accidents before they happen by providing more stable and highly reliable power effectively and finding sign of the accidents is very important. A novel UHF(Ultra High Frequency)-microstrip antenna is presented. The measured impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna is from 0.5[㎓] to 11[㎓] with the stop band from 0.5[㎓] to 1.5[㎓] for VSWR<2. Form results of this study, The antenna is will play an important role for the senser for insulation diagnosis system by UHF method of real site GIS and power equipment using SF? gas.
