        국내 간호사의 재난간호 역량: 주제범위 문헌고찰

        Purpose: The aim of study was to identify ranges of Korean nurses’ competency in disaster nursing. Methods: A scoping review was conducted using the Joanna Briggs Institute methodology. The review used information from four databases: RISS, ScienceON, EBSCO Discovery Service, and CINAHL. In this review, key words were ‘disaster’, ‘nurs*’, ‘competenc*’, ‘ability’ and ‘preparedness’. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were identified as strategies to use in this review. The inclusion criteria for this review focused on the following: Korean nurse, articles related to disaster nursing competency, peer-review articles published in the full text in Korean and English. Review articles were excluded. Results: Nineteen studies were eligible for result extraction. A total of 10 categories of disaster nursing competency were identified: Knowledge of disaster nursing, crisis management, disaster preparation, information collection and sharing, nursing record and document management, communication, disaster plan, nursing activities in disaster response, infection management, and chemical, biological, radiation, nuclear, and explosive management. Conclusion: It is necessary to distinguish between Korean nurses’ common disaster nursing competency, professional disaster nursing competency, and disaster nursing competency required in nursing practice. Therefore, future research will be needed to explore and describe disaster nursing competency.

        메이커 교육에 기반한 만 2세반 영아의 언어발달 지원을 위한 실행연구

        본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 만 2세반 영아의 언어발달을 지원하는 방법을 탐색하고 실행하여 그 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 실행연구가 이루어진 교실은 만 2세반 영아 7명과 교사 2명(담임교사 1명/ 보조교사 1명)으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구는 만 2세반 영아는 언어발달이 급격히 이루어지는 중요한 시기인데 비해 교사의 언어발달 지원은 충분하지 않다는 인식에서 출발하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 메이커 교육에 기반 한 책 만들기 활동과 메이커 스페이스의 변화, 생활주제 및 영아의 흥미와 관련된 그림책을 활용한 확장 활동, 행사, 견학 등 영아의 경험을 확장하는 활동은 만 2세반 영아의 언어발달을 지원하였다. 둘째, 메이커 교육에 기반한 만 2세반 영아의 언어발달 지원 실행과정은 언어발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 현장의 영아반 보육교사들이 언어발달을 지원하는 실제적이고 총체적 지원 방안을 제시하는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine and implement methods to support the language development of infants of the 2-year-old class at child-care center. The classroom where the practical research was conducted consists of 7 infants aged 2 years old and 2 teachers (one head teacher/one assistant teacher). This study started from the perception that the language development support of teachers is currently insufficient to support language development during a critical point in a 2-year-old infants’ development of language skill. The results of the study are as follows. First, activities that focused on the expansion of infants experiences, such as book-making activities through maker education, changes in environment for maker education, activities using picture books, and field trips, supported infant language development. This study is meaningful in presenting practical and comprehensive support measures for infant care teachers in the field to support language development.

        廣東13行과 13行商館의 재현

        This study examines the issue of the foundation of Historical Museum of 13 Hong’s, which is currently in progress in order to address the changes in thirteen (commercial) factories site after the port opening and the representation of thirteen factories in China recently First, the opening of port Guangzhou and changes in thirteen factories site are examined. Since the 1850’s, the role of Guangzhou in overseas trading was gradually transferred to Shanghai and Hong Kong. Thirteen factories was no longer a foreign trade base as attractive as before. Due to the second Opium War in 1856, its history came to an end accordingly. Second, the loss of thirteen factories site after the second Opium War, Guangdong Shi San Hang Street(廣東十三行街) went through a transit into Guangdong Shi San Hang Road(廣東十三行路) in the process of modernization, and then Guangzhou Cultural Park was established at thirteen factories site after the foundation of the People’s Republic of China. The grounds and causes in the process are examined in this study. Lastly, the representation of thirteen factories in China recently are addressed. The foundation of Historical Museum of 13 Hong’s is in close relation to the rebuilding of Guangzhou Cultural Park at thirteen factories site. Celebrating its 60th anniversary on March 7, 2012, the administrators of the Cultural Park made known the position to the public, emphasizing that the historic memories of the Cultural Park themselves were of great significance to the people in Guangzhou. On the other hand, experts in historic culture circles who insist the foundation of Historical Museum of 13 Hong’s that since the current Cultural Park is a mere resting place for the elderly and present and retired workers, the ’placeness’ must be restored by establishing Historical Museum of 13 Hong’s at the Cultural Park where thirteen factories site used to be before the port opening. The argument of the historic culture circles was practiced when the foundation of Historical Museum of 13 Hong’s was included as part of the social economy development plan of China from 2011 to 2015. The local government of Liwan District(where the Cultural Park is located), which is the competent authorities of the Cultural Park, endeavors to take full advantage of the foundation of Historical Museum of 13 Hong’s for the commercial interests of Guangzhou old city. In accord with ‘125(十二五)’ regulation, the reconstruction of Guangdong Shi San Hang street and the Cultural Park became a reality. The issue of the method and scope of the reconstruction, however, has yet to be addressed in consideration of the practical conditions.

        외상환자의 한국형 중증도 분류와 손상중증도 점수체계의 비교

        Purpose: We compared the Korean Triage and Acuity Scale (KTAS), Injury Severity Score (ISS), and Revised Trauma Score (RTS) determined the validity of KTAS for classifying trauma patients. Methods: A retrospective chart review of 10,865 trauma patients (aged ≥15 years) who visited a single regional trauma and emergency medical center from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2020, was conducted. Data were collected from the Korean Trauma Data Bank. Based on KTAS classification, the rates of intensive care unit admission, surgery and intervention, transfusion, emergency room (ER) and hospital mortality, and ER stay time were investigated. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, receiver operating characteristic curve, and area under the ROC curve. Results: In the KTAS, severe trauma patients (ISS ≥16) were classified as Level 1 (79.6%), 2 (44.8%), 3 (15.5%), 4 (4.0%) and 5 (7.6%). The following were the predictive powers of KTAS, ISS, and RTS for different parameters: surgery and intervention rate, KTAS (.71), ISS (.70), and RTS (.63); transfusion rate within 4h, KTAS (.82), ISS (.82), and RTS (.74); ER stay time within 90 min, KTAS (.72), ISS (.62), and RTS (.56); and ER mortality, KTAS (.84), ISS (.72), and RTS (.88). These findings were statistically significant (p<.001). The sensitivity and specificity of KTAS for trauma patients were .88 (.87~.90), and .38 (.37~.39), respectively. Conclusion: KTAS is a useful classification system that can predict the clinical outcomes of patients with trauma, and effectively triage acutely ill trauma patients, thus provide appropriate treatment.
