3차원 속도 유동장을 측정하기 위해 구형 5공 피토관의 교정방법을 연구하였다. 17m/s의 속도와 -30°에서 +30° 범위의 흐름각에서 5공 피토관의 압력을 측정하여 요각, 피치각, 전압, 정압에 대한 계수를 구하고 cubic spline 방법을 사용하여 보간식을 구하였다. 이 보간식으로 3차원 유동장 내에서 속도를 측정하여 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었다. A calibration method for 5-hole pitot tube to measure the flow characteristics in the three dimensional flow field was studied. A 5-hole pitot tube with hemispherical tip was calibrated at the air velocity of 17 m/s and flow angle of ± 30 degree. The static pressure coefficient, the total pressure coefficient, the pitch coefficient and the yaw coefficient are assumed as the polynomial functions of flow angles and pressures. The coefficients of the polynomial functions are determined using the cubic spline method. It is shown that the three dimensional velocity could be predicted with good accuracy.

Liquefied natural gas(LNG) is carried and saved as a liquid below 100K. But LNG must be vaporized for using like fuels in industries, home and so on. The vaporizer used at the domestic station is almost by the air vaporization method. In case of air type, the freezing moisture of air is created by temperature drop under 273K on vaporizer surface. The freezing moistrue makes ice layer and heat transfer on vaporizer decreases by the ice layer formation. The numerical analysis has been carried out to obtain the frost layer growth and the optimum design information of vaporizer fin for LNG under super low temperature.
