        지연습관 개선을 위한 온라인 코칭 프로그램의 개발 및 효과성 검증

        This study was to intend to examine the effects of the online coaching program on the improvement of procrastination habit behaviors. The subjects of the study were adults living in the metropolitan area who wish to improve their procrastination habits. The final 20 people were selected through a pre-interview and randomly assigned 10 people to the experimental group and the control group, respectively. As dependent variables, procrastination behavior, general self-efficacy, self-regulation, and life satisfaction were measured before and after the program. A two-way mixed variance analysis (Mixed ANOVA) was conducted to analyze the interaction effects between time periods(pre vs post) and groups(experimental vs control). The results showed that there were no significant differences in the control group, but in the experimental group, the differences between pre- and post-tests for procrastination behavior, general self-efficacy, self-regulation, and life satisfaction were all statistically significant, confirming the effects of the online coaching program. Based on the results, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.

        대학생 지연습관 개선 성공 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affect the success of improving procrastination habits for 10 university students(male and female) who have had success experiences in changing procrastination habits. The subjects of the study were 10 university students(male and female) aged 20 to 25, and those who were maintained for more than 6 months after changing procrastination habits were selected. First, in-depth interviews on the process of procrastination habit change were conducted to 10 participants, and data analysis was conducted using Giorgi’s phenomenological method. The results showed that 87 meaning units, 30 subcategories and 13 top categories were drawn, and finally, three topics were generated. The top categories went through four stages of change motivation, willingness to change, practice of change, and maintenance of change. Three themes were obtained and these were awareness and acceptance of the need for change, “establishing and practicing self-customized strategies through self-reflection”, “maintenance of self-confidence and pleasure through a virtuous cycle as reward motivation”. The top 13 categories were ‘negative results and emotional experiences and anxiety about the future’, ‘the desire to be confident’, ‘the influence of meaningful people close by’, 'awareness of the need for time management and how to learn the method', ‘positive future expectations', 'start of easy and simple implementation', ‘start of time management using various tools’, ‘impact of active and planned tendencies’, ‘motivation through self-reflection and discovery and use of effective methods’, ‘improvement of self-efficacy as a result of success of time management and motivation for virtuous cycle’, 'continuous use of effective methods', ‘confidence of time management and pleasure’, 'natural daily life'. Finally, implications and limitations of this study and the directions for future study were discussed.
